A Taco Bell is aTaco Bell. The food is going to be the same, consistent fast food at them all. My one star is for their lack of enforcing a mask policy. They have signs all over the store "Masks are required for all customers regardless of vaccination status" but when a customer comes in to order with no mask the employees said nothing. When the masksless customer went to fill his own drink from the fountain, they said nothing. When I asked if they enforce their mask policy, pointing to the maskless patron the answer was "most of the time" and still did nothing. A good way to have customer retention is to keep your customers safe.

No drive thru walked in, was about to place the order. And the young lady asks me if I can order on the kiosk? Really? I mean I know they were closing as it was 9:30 and they close at 10 but dang I’m in a hurry and wanted to be in and out. Ended up just walking out. Lost some business from me tonight šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø glad I didn’t order to be honest would have just ended up with Heartburn

Really good Taco Bell! Food is always fresh and employees super nice. Salvador is running this place to a high standards for a Taco Bell which is amazing! Julio is also really great there too making food fast and quality. Definitely go to this location when you’re craving Taco Bell. Also cheaper than West Hollywood location!

Very poor experience this evening with management at this establishment. I normally would not leave a review like this because I am familiar to the ladies that work here since I am a loyal customer and come here 3-4 times a week, unfortunately the Manager seems to think that she can talk to me as if I am her employee or relative simply because she I am there often. This evening, I was parked in the parking lot for about 10 mins, I hadn’t walked in to buy anything yet, she cane and knocked on my window and went into a random tantrum about how other customers complain about no parking spaces? What does that have to do with me? I am a customer, and the parking problem is not my problem. I went inside to order and I asked her to please keep it professional because I am a customer trying to order and I am not one of her relative or employee that she thinks she can talk down to, tonight, 06/19/19, between 8:35PM - 8:50PM, after I said this to her she decided to turn her back on me and not take my order, like a child. I stood there quietly waiting in disbelief that this grown woman, manager of this establishment, was acting like a child, and decided not to take my order simply because I reminded her that I was a customer and not her relative or employee to not talk as if I was. It was very unprofessional and childish of her to...

Had Taco Bell in NorCal for the first in ages (as emergency food). I survived the experience, and decided to give my local TB a chance. At first I was a little peeved because every order was incorrect, but seeing as it’s Taco Bell, my expectations are lows. Well, this evening I placed an online order, drove to pick it up, and when I arrived, they claimed not to have received my order. No explanation. I showed them the order on my phone, and the location and time, and the manager basically ignored me, told me I would have to pay for extra food, as though I was some freeloader look for a freebie. Stood in there for a while risking my health, while being ignored by these incompetence ā€œemployeesā€, Then was told I needed to call Taco Bell and get them to fix it. As though I was standing in a Macdonalds. I still have not received a refund or any communication from whatever passes as management at this place. The saddest thing is this, one expects diarrhea and mild sickness after a trip to Taco Bell, but it would be nice to receive...

Ordered through the app, when I called the associate was not helpful whatsoever. She said the driver never showed, I waited over a hour while my order was never updated on the app, and I was never given a ā€˜driver’ to contact. No updates on if the order was being made, which the store usually is in charge of doing so the driver can pick up the order. She said to contact whoever I ordered through and get in touch with the driver…. which was directly with Taco Bell…. But they never updated the status of my order being done…. They do not have a refund request because they never processed my order as complete despite being over an hour after I placed it. When I inquired for further assistance due to the lack of contact on the app, she hung up the phone.

Not really sure how this company expects you to order directly from them if there is no point of contact. And their employees are not trained/polite enough to point you in the right direction. Seems like incompetence to me. Hopefully I will get my hard earned money back; I’ve...
