This particular location advertises prices on the drive-thru board but are unwilling to honor them. When asked politely and calmly if they can charge the advertised price they said the could not. When I showed them the picture to confirm they said the number with the dollar sign in front of it was the calories, not the price... As far as I can tell this is not legal to do. It would have been nice to have been accommodated for the approximately $0.60 since is the legal, and morally right thing to do. It's also just bad customer service.

Compared to the McDonald’s around the corner, it’s a night-and-day difference. I really appreciate the employees here for being so kind and chill. Some of the nicest fast food workers I’ve encountered for sure and they always make the food quickly and on time. It makes the visit so much better. Whoever the hiring manager is deserves a raise. Oh and the food...
