Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This particular location advertises prices on the drive-thru board but are unwilling to honor them. When asked politely and calmly if they can charge the advertised price they said the could not. When I showed them the picture to confirm they said the number with the dollar sign in front of it was the calories, not the price... As far as I can tell this is not legal to do. It would have been nice to have been accommodated for the approximately $0.60 since is the legal, and morally right thing to do. It's also just bad customer service.

The workers here are so chill, no one is rude or struggles to understand basic English. They never complain if I ask for extra sauces or anything like that. Compared to the McDonald’s around the corner, it’s a night-and-day difference. I really appreciate the employees here for being so kind and chill. Some of the nicest fast food workers I’ve encountered for sure and they always make the food quickly and on time. It makes the visit so much better. Whoever the hiring manager is deserves a raise. Taco Bell used to be so amazing. I was surprised that they were doing so well during the pandemic, however they have really messed things up by getting rid of essentially every good items on their menu. Whoever is making the decisions with the Taco Bell menu has absolutely no idea of their customer base. After getting rid of the spicy tostada, and the Mexican pizza I have absolutely no reason to go to Taco Bell. Goodbye and good riddance oh, I guess I can finally be...
