Tacos Viva La Estrella — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I come here at least once a week, the tacos are always on point and never anything different. The truck arrives after 6 pm, and if you follow their instagram page, they have updates all the time on if they are not going to be there. Sometimes I’ve waited a few minutes to get some food to me as well but it’s not a big deal. I know they are putting the food together and it ain’t slopped together like fast food. If you can’t wait 15 minutes to get some authentic real Mexican food, Taco Bell’s next door, I’m sure they would be glad to serve you their tacos in under 15 minutes for you. I think they play music in there too. I’ll wait in line to get real tacos just like the last day when they were at the stand where they were gentrified out of, I bet all those reviews are from that other taco place worried about the competition. I’ll never go to that taco stand that took over the La Estrella stand ever. Thank your for all the bomb food and the good service you guys always provide. I've been going here for more than 22 years although not frequently I admit. Maybe I'd add stop by here after I went to smart & final for a couple past or couple carnitas tacos, or late at night in my nocturnal days (TM). I've never had their fish taco or shrimp taco, and BECAUSE I'VE BEEN ON A SHRIMP TACO TEAR FOR THE LAST MONTH I ordered two of the shrimp and one of the fish. At first I thought I made a mistake because They were enormous, about twice the size that I was expecting and I thought it was never going to finish them. Then I started eating them and had no trouble finishing them because they were absolutely delicious. A prophet is ignored in their own hometown, and I was really impressed with the tacos here I'd say they were between 8 or 9, and the salsa Rojo...

I went today to order some vegan burritos for myself and my family however the cashier informed me that they only had vegetarian options so I kindly requested that they remove sour cream and cheese from the burritos. I'm not sure why she found it necessary to laugh in my face upon that request, but regardless I waited for my order. The entire time as I was waiting she was being very condescending about my order, laughing, joking with the cook, and also saying things directly like " what you don't want other people will order !" whatever that's supposed to mean...

I waited for my order , grabbed it, and left but I walked away feeling uncomfortable. I won't be returning...
