I recently got hooked on the Roman style pizza so I decided to try Triple Beam. There were some things I like about this place and things that I didn't. Let me start with the Pros first, before I talk about the cons
PROS *Friendly staff and good overall service. No complaints in this department 5/5 rating *Lots of seating available and easy access to water. I like the self seating arrangements and large space available. *Good place to hang out with a group of friends for dinner (it was extremely crowded)
CONS The Pizza was average at best (3/5 stars). I had my first Roman Style Pizza at Eatily and that pizza is 10x better than this one. The crust on this pizza was very hard, and they reheated it before they served it. Overall the food was an EXTREME disappointment. *Long Line Ups and Waits on weekends - We waited about 30 mins in line to order and get our pizza. If you don't like crowds, avoid the weekend. OVERPRICED - the weight system is a way to over charge for pizza. We ordered equivalent of 6 large slices of Pizza and two drinks and it was $65 with 15% tip. If the Pizza was 5/5 rating then maybe the price could be justified, but it isn't.
Final thoughts

Read moreFrom the moment I stepped into Triple Beam Pizza, I knew I was in for a treat. This pizzeria pays homage to the Roman-style pizza crafted by the renowned Nancy Silverton. The star of the show, their Potato Sage Truffle Pizza, exceeded all expectations with its sensational flavors and incredible crust.
Triple Beam Pizza offers an array of delectable pizzas, but it was the Potato Sage Truffle Pizza that truly stole my heart. A perfect balance of earthy and aromatic ingredients, this pizza features thinly-sliced potatoes, fragrant sage, and a generous drizzle of truffle oil. The combination is divine, creating an unforgettable taste experience that will leave your taste buds begging for more.
Triple Beam Pizza has mastered the art of Roman-style pizza crust, delivering a base that is reminiscent of focaccia bread. Soft, chewy, and just the right thickness, the crust not only supports the flavorful toppings but also shines on its own as a standout component of the dish.
In conclusion, Triple Beam Pizza has proven that Roman-style pizza can thrive outside of Italy. Their Potato Sage Truffle Pizza is an absolute must-try for pizza lovers and food enthusiasts alike. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in this truly remarkable dish that transports you straight to the heart of Rome...
Read moreI love Triple Beam. Their pizza is very good. Good dough, good sauce, good vegan and vegetarian options. I also love that many of their pizzas have finishing components like salt, olive oil or honey and that they always know how to add just the right amount of those things to bring out the flavor of whichever specific pizza you got without adding too much. It’s a small detail I really appreciate about them. Over the years, their vegan options have evolved and they’ve had a vegan margherita on the menu for a while now. This is probably my favorite pizza they have. It holds up to any of their vegetarian options with dairy cheese and is one of the best vegan (and vegetarian) pizza options I’ve ever had. All of their pizzas are amazing hot and fresh and I think also taste great as leftovers, the vegan options hold up especially well to be eaten the next day. Highly recommend. Over the time they’ve been open, I’ve had a couple of mixed interactions with staff, but nowadays everyone is really friendly. I always look forward to days I know I’ll be getting...
