Sepulveda Court — Local services in Los Angeles

I have been living at a studio apartment in Sepulveda Court for close to 2 years, the studio is great but recently have been looking for something a bit bigger with more space but didn't want to leave the complex, I talked with the building manager (Violet) and as soon as a one bedroom became available she let me know and I was able to apply and move into the apartment. Violet made this move very easy and pleasant, she is one of the main reasons I did not want to leave this complex, I have lived in many places throughout LA for 25 years and she is by far the best building manager I have ever dealt with. I have been living in a studio apartment for the past year. Absolutely no complaints! My unit was updated with new flooring, kitchen, and bathroom... and AIR CONDITIONING (although I don't know if that's the case for every unit, it was a great bonus). No issues with other tenants. Everyone is very respectful and keeps to themselves. The grounds of the property are kept clean and tidy. Violet, the property manager, is an absolute delight. Helpful, responsive, and - above all - kind! Can't say I've experienced that with most other property managers. And while I will be moving out, primarily to be closer to work, I will dearly miss my unit here and it's ability to offer the most important thing an apartment can offer... to live without...

I have lived at this complex for 3 years while attending school and it has become a special place in my life. Since day 1 the manager Violet has been such a pleasant help. She is such a professional, greatly attentive and takes such pride in how she maintains the property. If you have any problem, she responds right away and makes sure things are done right. The units are the best priced compared to anything you can find in the area. The complex is quiet and has a lovely little oasis area with a pool and BBQ where I read daily. I loved that it has a laundry room on site and is was walking distance from Starbucks, Vons, Ross, and fast food places.
