I recently visited Bagel Factory and had a delightful experience overall. The place has great prices, delicious food, and impressively fast service. However, there was one minor disappointment: they don't serve pickles!
Let's start with the positives. Bagel Factory offers an incredible selection of bagels, each one freshly baked to perfection. The variety of flavors and toppings they have is truly impressive. I tried their everything bagel with cream cheese, and it was absolutely scrumptious. The bagel was perfectly toasted, and the cream cheese was smooth and flavorful. It was evident that they use high-quality ingredients.
What impressed me the most was the efficiency of the service. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that orders were promptly taken and delivered. Despite the bustling atmosphere, my order was prepared quickly, allowing me to enjoy my meal without any unnecessary wait time. The fast service definitely added to the overall positive experience.
However, as a pickle enthusiast, I was disappointed to discover that Bagel Factory doesn't offer pickles on their menu. It would have been a wonderful addition to complement the bagels. While this may seem like a small detail to some, I believe that pickles can add a special touch to any sandwich or meal. It would be great if the establishment could consider adding pickles as an option in the future.
Despite the absence of pickles, I can't deny that Bagel Factory left a lasting impression on me. The combination of great prices, delicious food, and fast service truly makes it stand out. If you're in the mood for fantastic bagels, this place should be at the top of your list. Just be aware that pickles aren't available, so adjust your cravings accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend Bagel Factory and will definitely be returning for more of their...
Read moreI love soup. And I hate to leave bad reviews. But I've had so many bad experiences here that I can't hold back any longer. Because I love soup I often find myself stopping here for lunch as I drive by. And it's always the same. Luke warm soup. If there is one thing good soup should be it is HOT. Even if it is the best soup in the world, if it's not served hot is it ruined. Luke warm soup is bad no matter what.
Now, when I call the soup luke warm, I am being generous. Usually the soup is barely a notch above room temperature. But today was the last straw. I will never go back. I ordered split pea soup that was room temperature, bordering on cold. It was as if you took a can of split pea soup out of the cupboard, opened it and ate it without heating it. It was so bad I took one bite and threw the rest in the trash. I could not eat more than one bite. And I love split pea soup. But I do not love cold split pea soup.
Sorry Bagel Factory/Sonny's Soups. I've given you so many chances and it's always the same.
While I'm at it, I'd like to point out that bagels are $1.50 here, but if you add cream cheese it doubles the price to $3. And this isn't one of those places that generously piles the cream cheese on. You get a light smear of cream cheese on your bagel for an additional $1.50. A bagel with a dab or cream cheese...
Read moreBagel Factory is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving authentic, fresh-baked bagels that actually taste like real bagels. The texture is spot-on — crisp on the outside, perfectly chewy on the inside. Their selection is fantastic, from classic plain and everything bagels to cinnamon raisin and more specialty flavors.
The staff is always friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. You can tell they take pride in their work and the quality of the food. Their cream cheese spreads are fresh and flavorful, and their breakfast sandwiches are made with care (try the egg, cheese, and bacon on an everything bagel perfection!).
I also love how clean and welcoming the place is. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or picking up a dozen for the office, you can always count on Bagel Factory to deliver deliciousness.
Highly recommend this spot to anyone who appreciates real bagels it’s a hidden gem in LA that deserves...
