Read more5 STARS!!!!! Definitely fire and in my humble opinion, the best burger in town. . I got bison was super juicy, dripped down the side of my mouth, and tasted like American Gold. Owner was a straight up awesome guy and when I called to make sure they were open, answered in the first ring. Very impressive. I got mad respect for the owner. . I'm a burger snob: I grind my own chuck from grass fed roast, taking a lot of time to trim off all the connective tissue and double grinding it with a coarse plate. I know burgers.
The Stinky Bacon Burger from these guys is definitely the best food truck burger and up there with the best I've had anywhere. I think it's better than Umami Burger and maybe even better than Nepenthe....
