Coffee and Bagels are outsourced from the same factory where Starbucks gets it…so it’s the same accross the board, so what makes a place different from the competitor? What matters these days before robots take over human provided service, it’s client service, and today it was poor. Instead of giving me a coup to poor the boiling coffee from my mug, I was charged 0.25…..would that breake me?, absolutely not, but isn’t the price of the cup included on the price of the cup? Or am I been punished for being a bad client trying to get their attention? Since no one was paying attention I took a cup from a pile next to the barista (as I was waiting to be serviced )who had a fit, but I didn’t touch anything else. Food is tasty for the most part and so are drinks but can sometimes be inconsistent in flavor depending on who makes them.

Customer care/service is usually okay but can definitely be better or needs some improvement. They can be very rude, uncooperative, unfriendly and unhelpful at times for sure. Not the best in that regard. Customer service needs major help. They should do better. Their management needs to care more.

The inside atmosphere is a little small/tight, more comfortable outside seating would be nice.

This store but it is small and narrow. The counter space takes up most of the space inside the store and tables are placed along the narrow counter area which makes it more cramped.

They do have a nice patio area where you can sit and enjoy your drinks. However, it is in front of Office Depot so you see a lot of foot traffic going and coming from the store. Also, you encounter some sketchy people. It's not a very safe place to study.

Service is kind of lacking at this location. The barista that was making my drink walked away while my drink was blending to talk to her coworker. She came back two minutes later to finish my drink. She didn't care if a customer...
