Valley Swirl Pico — Restaurant in Los Angeles

After having an amazing dinner at Shalom Grill, we stopped at Valley Swirl to get some coffee drinks. That was a mistake! The iced coffee drinks tasted like water mixed with a little bit of caramel or chocolate. Absolutely no flavor at all. The iced coffee was like drinking water with Boba. My wife asked for a Latte, and she got a cold cappuccino, too much foam and a very watery coffee flavor, I don't think the Batista knows the difference between a Latte and a Cappuccino.

The scoop of Sorbet if it can be called a scoop, was okay. Overall the prices are way too high for the quality of the products.

I had to let Barista know that the drinks were not good at all. He said to call the number on the window so the company can calibrate the espresso machine.

This store is a joke. They don’t let us order directly and have only two machines for ordering. I waited in a long line to just order my smoothie, added a tip, and then waited 15 minutes, which felt super long for just one smoothie. Finally, they called my name, and I thought my drink was ready. Instead, the guy told me they didn’t have a cream and couldn’t make the smoothie. I asked if I could get a different smoothie, and he said they couldn’t make any smoothies. What kind of service is this? ?!?!? Really Crazy and Super unorganized!!! As soon as they find out they are out of an ingredient, they should update the menu!!!!! I wasted my time for parking, ordering, and waiting for 15minutes for nothing?!? And now I have to find somewhere else to get my smoothie.!!! Definitely never...

I went to enjoy some ice cream with my siblings and I cross this worker if I recalled named Brian he was a nice gentleman and offer me what I wanted he proceed to let me try a ice cream flavor because I was undecided if I wanted that flavor or not but it turned out to be so delicious 🤤. I went with the waffle puffs with Nutella and vanilla with cinnamon which turn out to be pretty good.
