⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I just had dinner at Time Out Mediterranean Cuisine in Playa del Rey, and it was absolutely fantastic. We ordered the BBQ Plate for Two ($55), and it was easily one of the best Mediterranean meals we’ve had in LA. The portion size was incredibly generous — it came with a fresh, flavorful fattoush salad (we couldn’t resist eating some before the photo!), a creamy and perfectly seasoned hummus with a drizzle of olive oil, warm pita bread that was both crispy and soft, and a full plate of perfectly seasoned fries that were crispy and hot. The highlight was the massive BBQ platter — a variety of tender, juicy grilled meats, fragrant rice, roasted vegetables, and onions dusted with sumac for that authentic touch. Everything was cooked beautifully and packed with flavor. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were genuinely warm and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in their food and care deeply about their customers. We also had the baklava desert that the owner made fresh that day and it was absolutely delicious, I usually don't like baklava because it's too sweet but this one was perfect. This is exactly the kind of local gem Playa del Rey needs — authentic, generous, and full of heart. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for real Mediterranean flavor.

I'm so incredibly happy this placed opened up in Playa Del Rey. Firstly, the service is incredible - the staff is so nice and accommodating. Secondly, the food is UNREAL - felt like I'm back home in Lebanon. The beef shawarma sandwich was sooo good! This is now my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in LA. Already planning by next Dinner there!

My girlfriend and I came here on a whim after the beach, it turned out to be amazing some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve had. The chicken was so tender, the beef tasted great. The hummus and garlic sauce was 🤌🤌 The owner Joesph is also a really nice guy! Would love to eat here again.

Absolutely fantastic and fresh with all the Middle Eastern flavors on point. Ordered beef kebob, kafta and veggie plate. Generous portions, perfectly seasoned rice and tender meats with pickles, salad, babaganoush hummus are excellent. Got a side of lebneh so creamy tangy. The kibbeh did not disappoint. The foul mudammas (fava beans) was a first for me but a highlight for sure. They gave us extra pita both crispy toasted and fresh. Clearly quality ingredients are a priority. Take out was still hot after short drive home. Super friendly welcoming service. They even added complementary baklava which was pistachio and very nice. I will be...

Stopped by today to give it a try. I've eaten here before when it was another restaurant with a similar cuisine. Joseph, the new proprietor, assured me I would be pleased. AND I WAS!!! Best humus, incredible baklava, and very generous potions. Please welcome Joseph, and waitress Wendy to the neighborhood. We're fortunate to have them, and this...
