I ordered the Cinnabon pull-a-part with a side of extra cream cheese. The staff member with the name tag, "Dante" who said that he was the manager, is the person who prepared the order, placed the extra side of cream cheese at the bottom the cinnamon roll in the cup, instead of on the side as I requested. Why would you do this? The cream cheese would just simply melt underneath and make the cinnamon roll gummy and undesirable. I stood there asking, "Where is my side of cream cheese?" Dante then told me that, "I put it at the bottom. " I asked him, "Why would you do that?" I asked for a side of cream cheese so that I could pull apart my bun and dip it in the cream cheese. I still need my side of cream cheese, as I'm sure that what you've placed at the bottom has melted into the bun." He then snatches the bag from me, takes the bun back out of the bag, throws it away and makes me wait 5 minutes while he made another one (wasting Wendy's and Cinnabon's merchandise and my time!) In the meantime, my Frosty Fushion is melting and my food that I previously ordered is getting cold, while I'm standing impatiently and unnecessarily waiting. Dante brings back another Cinnabon pull-a-part, with a mere dollop of cream cheese in the corner, on top of the bun, along with the side of cream cheese. So, at this point, I'm insulted and livid for having to wait 5 minutes for him to hand me this subpar replacement, improperly prepared, as a punishment to me, for having the audacity to want my order correct, that I paid for. So, I told him to give me a full refund, and I handed him back this poor excuse of a Cinnabon item. All he had to do was hand me a side a cream cheese that I paid an extra $1 for, and I would have been on my way with my soggy-bottomed Cinnabon. But instead, he creates this negative experience for me, wastes my time, gives me an unacceptable replacement, then yells at me and argues that he gave me the extra side of cream cheese on the bottom of the bun, that I did NOT ask for, nor did I want. He made such a scene in the restaurant and was so disrespectful that other patrons began to chime in and verbally scold him for being so nasty, unprofessional, disrespectful and racist. He began making gestures with his hands, rolling his eyes and neck, and mimicking an apparent imaginary voice that he wasn't even hearing. It was a really horrific encounter! Two other customers told him that they wouldn't be back there at this location based on his poor display of management and racist, ignorant behavior. I told him that I would also be reporting him. His behavior was totally inappropriate and utterly disgusting!! He needs to be terminated immediately, and NEVER be a representation of the Wendy's franchise, unless Wendy's is comfortable with poor management, poor customer service, your food being wasted, customers time being wasted, and you losing money. My Caramel Crunch Frosty Fushion tasted amazing, but was 2/3 filled, which was the only reason I gave the food two stars. Unfortunately, I never got to taste the Cinnabon...

Read moreI was picking up an uber eats order. When I arrived there was one other customer in the restaurant. I walked up to the counter, with my phone held up for her to see. She obviously saw me with my phone. But chose to ignore me while focusing on preparing another order ( The other customer walked outside while their order was being prepared.) The cashier busily packed food into a large bag, and gathered drinks. I waited patiently. She finally got around to me and I told her I was picking up for uber eats and showed her the order name on my phone. " Just tell me the name, " was her response. I told her the name for the order. And she went about filling the order (Or I thought she was. )The supervisor ( Nice person) checked the name of my order, and saw the ready to go (Except for the drinks). She brought this to the attention of the cashier. She looked at it and that wasn't the order. The supervisor said, " Yes it is. Can't you read?" The cashier had a very negative attitude, on top of her poor service ( Supervisor was not pleased with her attitude.) She finally gathered the food and drinks. She asked me if I wanted a bag ( It was a large order. ) I said, " Yes please. " And placed a folded bag next to the order and walked away. I had to place the food in the bag myself ( She did place food in a bag of the same size for the previous customer. But not in my case. ) Bad service from this cashier and a bad attitude ( She cursed at her supervisor. ) I wouldn't go back...
