My 11 year old son and I just left the location on Sunset. The business was not clean. I watched the attendant pull a scooper from below the counter where they kept cleaning supplies to add a topping to my son's shake. Specifically the toxic chemical the scooper was next too was good he gone and some other substance. We were riding bird scooters. He immediately started complaining his nose and lips were soar. Bye the time we got home he was throwing up. He only drank a quarter of the shake. He has been fine allday. This was very sudden. I attempted to contact the location but they didn't answer and their voicemail isn't set up. I got a mini cone and small shake for $23 and now my son is extremely ill. I had the worst experience coming here. There's this one employee here that has the worst attitude. Unfortunately I wasn't able to grab her name but I can't believe they hire people like her. She was completely rude to me and even to her co-worker. I would ask her a question and she wouldn't even acknowledge me, she would just walk away. I felt completely discriminated because I didn't understand why she was treating me this way. I came here to buy frozen yogurt and I was ready to pay but they refused to help me with my order. I really hope that the manager or the owner sees this so they can train their workers to treat people with respect. Never have I ever gone through something like this and I hope I never do, thats why I'll never be coming back here again.
