Yoshinoya Sherman Way — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ive always had my lunch breaks here, have had friends gathering here, and had almost every Sunday family time here because of the good taste, right portions, and great customer service.

Ever since I’ve seen new faces and new management. Ive had very rude service, cashiers dont even try to smile they seem very miserable. Food tastes is different, its very oily, smells bad and not fully cooked. Two weeks ago i came for my lunch break in the afternoon and ordered a salmon bowl. The moment i start cutting it i was fully raw from the inside. Luckily there was manager that by the way handle the situation very professional and didnt make me feel like I was on the wrong, manager tall hispanic guy replaced my order made sure that my order was done properly.

I came to order yesterday and cashier was constantly asking to order fried chicken. I didnt order it but the cashier placed it on my order. Please check your receipts !! This cashier add the chicken without me ordering it. Worse part they placed the fried chicken order and the chicken was raw.

This restaurant stinks. I mean, it smells foul. It smells like a dirty wet trash. The food is below average and the portions are light. Seriously? I mean, what's the point of shorting customers? Maybe they just don't want you to eat too much of their food because they don't want to get sued for you getting sick. I have no idea why they barley full your plate. The meat is like 80% fat. I'm never eating here again!

For similar cost, I can get a Subway sandwich or a Panda Express bowl. I'm sorry but this Yoshinoya is an absolute waste of money and a horrible experience. I normally don't write bad reviews but I can't allow this location to go on representing a company whose vision is to create a pleasant experience to its costumers. I’ve personally I have had multiple bad experiences here and today’s just kind of defined me not coming back. They normally struggle to mop the floors and that’s understandable because of the tile I believe teamwork is essential and the guy who wants to look like Post Malone yeah you need to do a better job helping out your coworkers, you attended every other person who came into the store before me my skin tone is brown that’s the only difference between me and the rest of the customers I wasn’t disrespectful I was nice I was even calm and patient waiting for my order not OK I won’t come back to this place anymore this is how they treat customers.
