This place was beyond disappointing. I’ve been a loyal Yoshinoya customer since I was a baby—my mom used to take me there, and we always had a great experience. The food was always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. But this location? It’s a complete disaster. I don’t know what happened here, but the quality has absolutely tanked.
First off, the food was completely trash. Everything was soggy—rice, vegetables, even the meat. I’ve never had a Yoshinoya meal that tasted this bad. It’s like they didn’t care at all about what they were serving. To make matters worse, when I asked if they could leave the onions out, they told me it wasn’t possible. I’ve never heard that before at any other Yoshinoya. It’s a simple request that has never been an issue elsewhere. It just shows how little attention they’re paying to their customers and their orders.
The cooks here clearly aren’t doing their job right. It’s like they don’t care about the quality of the food they put out. The meat tasted old and the vegetables were limp and flavorless. The whole thing was just a sloppy mess. It’s hard to believe this is the same Yoshinoya I’ve known for years. They really need to do a serious check on this kitchen and the staff, because they are not living up to the standard that this place used to have.
Honestly, this visit ruined my whole day. I came in expecting to enjoy a meal that I’ve always loved, but what I got was a huge letdown. As soon as we got to the register the cashier was already being condescending and sassy and irritable before we eben said anything and looking at us with obvious disgust.On saturday, september sixteenth, my husband and I went to this location for dinner and had to deal with a very hostile staff because they didn't know how to split a payment between card and cash. There was a heavy set Latina who kept trying to physically intimidate me and my disabled husband. The manager let me know that my business was not valued and emphasized that the other customers were more important. At every possible moment when I was trying to place my order the heavy set Latina kept sighing and complaining and the manager did not behave any better.I use a very obvious breathing machine and my husband is in a wheelchair and these people behaved with no patience, compassion, empathy or professionalism. Our order was simple with no modifications but because the staff realized they were ignorant on how to work their register they lashed out on 2 elderly people. When I asked to just get my money back the heavy set Latina became hostile ,loud ,aggressive and irrate. She lunged towards me yelling even though I wasn't being confrontational. The manager was absolutely useless and only cared about pointing out that she was the manager but not actually attempting to resolve the issues. They behaved like menacing children. Made inappropriate comments to my boyfriend about I was the one in the relationship who was in charge. I requested for a refund for the drinks and as I was walking out the worker made a comment that I was still leaving with the food so I asked for a refund that he didn’t want to give me so I threw the food on the floor and requested to talk to the supervisor and no one wanted to speak to me (which was unprofessional for whomever was the supervisor for the night). Upon entering and waiting to get my order taken I noticed that they had music playing in the back.
