I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism at this Pizza Hut location. I placed an online order for $36.92 and received a call from the store about 10 minutes later. The person on the line started with, "Hey, can you hear me?" and then hung up. When he called back, he casually said, "Yo, sorry about that, there were phone issues," and then proceeded to tell me that I owed an additional $16. When I asked why, he was unsure and kept saying, "I think it's because of this," or "I think you did that." I was confused, and I pointed out that if he was going to call a customer claiming they owe more money, he should be certain of the reason instead of guessing. Instead of clarifying the issue, he cut me off and said, "Yo, can you chill out?" I was FLABBERGASTED. I told him I would not "chill out" because it makes no sense to call a paying customer demanding more money without a valid explanation. I also pointed out how unprofessional his tone had been from the beginning when he called me and greeted me with "Yo". And then he said "Well, you see the way you're acting." By the end of the call, my order was canceled with no resolution--just frustration on my part. When I asked for his name and a manager, he informed me his name is Emmanuel and that he was the manager and had been for three years, adding that he was doing a "great job." Absolutely, by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 3 strikes and they are out. This is the 3rd and last time they will take my money and fu(% me over. I don't play about my food. Idk why this store is even open still. The manager or whoever she is is the most rude, unprofessional, nasty mouth lil somebody you ever did talk to. They brought the wrong drink mind u I’m paying $30 for three items and tipping I took the money out his hand and gave him back the order and sent him on his way lol he looked in disbelief and I said until you guys learn how to get a simple order right I’m not ordering from you guys . If I’m paying $30 for 3 items I expect everything to be correct it was a simple order two wings a manzita sol .
