This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to In My Life!! They have the worst customer service if they mess up your drink they look at you like it's your fault. I order the same drink everyday from Starbucks. I usually come to this Starbucks in the morning because it's the closest one to my house. I am so used to them messing up my drink I just take it as it is now but the other day my drink seriously tasted like dirty water and creamer I politely told them my drink tastes really gross and I would like them to remake it the lady took it back with a lot of attitude came back with another drink and it was even worse I told her again I'm not sure what's going on here but my drink does not taste right I paid almost $5 for my coffee I really wanted it made right so she took it back again very rudely rolling her eyes came back with a third drink and it was still the same nasty coffee. I told her it was still very gross it doesn't even taste like coffee tastes like water with creamer and something was not right I order this drink everyday and it has never not once tasted like this and they told me they're making it exactly how I want it and they don't know why it's tasting like that so I just left I tried to drink it but it was so bad I couldn't I ended up throwing it away. And the other day I was ordering a tea for my fiance and he orders his a little differently and adds a few things when I got up to the window the barista ask the lady that was taking orders do they seriously want their drink like this and the lady responded Yes that's how they ordered it then the Barista went on saying how disgusting that was right in front of me! They are so disrespectful here it's...
Read moreIf you have a choice, you may wish to try one of the other Starbucks in town - there's one in Target, and another regular Starbucks down the road toward Gilroy - all 3 are on Pacheco Hwy. This is the one that is so disorganized, you can wait forever with just 2 people in line ahead of you, and even when it's obviously a new cashier, they will typically over-staff the Drive-through and leave that new person as the cashier for all the walk-in customers. Even when the Drive-through is not busy - you hardly ever see them jump in to help the struggling cashier. The teamwork seems lacking, to say the least. Plus, they seem challenged to accomplish simple orders correctly, such as making a croissant brown, not black - should you wish to have it a little extra toasted. And the store itself is almost always cluttered with boxes and storage stuff because they don't have enough room in the back space anymore, since their re-model. Been observing this one for 5 years now, and not much has changed. Went there just recently and it took 20 minutes to get a cold brew coffee poured into a cup of ice - with just one person...

This Starbucks has a serious safety issue: the drive-through lane connects directly with the pedestrian walkway. If you’re walking through—especially with children—you need to be extremely careful. Cars come out of the drive-through without warning and with very limited visibility. It’s the most dangerous layout I’ve seen at any Starbucks in the U.S.
On top of that, we had a very disappointing customer service experience. After purchasing several breakfast items and multiple coffees, we simply asked for a cup of water for a child. Shockingly, the staff refused and said we had to pay for it. This is the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to in the entire country that denied a basic cup of water—especially when we were already paying customers.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope the management reconsiders both their layout and customer...
