I have been a customer for years. The service has always been excellent, and the food very good. However, the last few times my family and I have been there, the service has changed. Especially one of the waitresses always has an attitude. We ask her for something and she seems to be annoyed. We say thank you, and she doesn't even reply back. Every time we go, we tip very well, so we deserve better, any customer does. Yesterday was the worst experience! The fries were different and of low quality. The fountain drink had no flavor or gas, so we asked her to bring something else. She seemed upset, and of course, they charged us for the "extra" drinks when the combo was supposed to include one. Yes, I know it includes a fountain drink, but it is not the customer's fault that the fountain machine is not working properly. My husband ordered the 12 wings combo, which comes with up to two flavors. He ordered buffalo with lemon pepper, but she charged us for an extra flavor when there were only two flavors on the order. When I went to pay the check and started telling her about her attitude and that I didn't agree with the extra charge, she said, "You're only mad because your husband doesn't stop staring at me, LOL." She made me laugh with that one, but on the other hand, that was super rude of her. First of all, she is an older woman and not attractive at all, and second of all, even if that were true, that is something you don't say to a customer who has been bringing you business for so many years. I got charged 8 dollars for fries 😂😂😂 And they took forever like hours. Not only that they charged me like 1 dollar and 50 cents for every single thing I ordered. Okay let me break it down. If you order fries, onion rings, and 6wings, each one will be added an extra fee of 1.30 or 1.50 so ITS NOT THE OVERALL, its every single ONE. If you pay case they won’t be added. Its crazy right? Also, they are more expensive than anything in this town.

Anyways, this is the last time i got here and its one of the worse places. I don’t care how long they been around. Service and quality is one thing. GREED its another. If you want to go and get ripped off and give them free money. Be my guest. You are more than welcome to guft them your hard earning money to them I don’t care. But i do care about mine and i do care about how to be treated...

Sorry to say I put a 1 . The food is fantastic but the experience I had sucks I been a regular customer but this is the 4th time or 5th time since it open they did this to me . I usually order food to go and I notes the customer after me order and got there food before I did . I even paid before they did and I feel like they skip my food and my order and saw my order waiting in the window for 5 minutes . I saw my food first in the window and then the other customers food was second the waiter got the customer food that dinned in first than mine order .So imagine how u will feel when saw that and the service .
