I was thrilled to see a new froyo place had opened, but unfortunately I had really had a subpar experience here. The two individuals working there were completely disengaged - hadn't realized multiple machines (flavors) were down, didn't handle customer service well at checkout (had to ask for spoons, no offer on loyalty program), and the space is not warm/welcoming/uplifting for socializing with friends/family. Flavor selection was very limited and toppings while varied, emphasized too many jellies/bobas. Also we were kicked out because it was quitting time (we'd ordered and paid 15 mins before they closed - just wanted to eat our froyo together - poor form by immature staff). What was really nice to see was the dog bowl with water outside. Would be nice to have outdoor seating as well (someplace to sit if you get kicked out as we did). It's worth noting that the other reviews are from reviewers with no meaningful online review history whatsoever. I really want to see a fun and GOOD place like this thrive in LG - but I do not give this place long unless major changes to the selection, staff attention, and...
Read moreMy husband wanted Vietnamese coffee and our friend saw this new place nearby. The Vietnamese coffee was good, especially the egg cream topping. (Our friend also got this and thought the coffee could be stronger). We also got the yellow yacht (mango banana smoothie) and dragonberry fusion (fruit tea). The smoothie was a win! My son really enjoyed this. It was not too sweet and nice and creamy. The drinks were really pretty with the small ice cubes that they use. We waited outside because we had dogs, and when our drinks were done, the barista brought them to us! That was service beyond expectations that we appreciated but definitely don't expect. We would come here again...
Read moreThe service was really great. The attendant kindly noted that they also have cups of water (which is almost always something our kids want when having sweets), and brought out a bowl of water for our two dogs as well. The options will be similar to the many pay-by-the-weight yogurt shops with Western (vanilla, chocolate, cookies 'n cream) and tropical (guanabana was available when we went) yogurt flavors. I'll specifically mention that the berry yogurt was very good. And of course there's Western (chocolate, nuts, strawberries, fruity rice cereal) as well as Asian toppings (mochi, bursting boba, coconut jelly, rainbow...
