Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Gatos

​I have been to this Starbucks location place many occasions, most of time it is Ok, but a few times the staff gave me a bad experience. I usually just let go and try to be positive and just forget about it. Today, this morning, I tried this new roll but it tasted very bad and old, I requested to change it to a different coffee cake. The staff did helped me to change it but give me very looks and bad attitude. I'm very disappointed that this happened in such a famous brand name coffee place.

In addition, I order a Grande Coffee, the staff gave me very hot cup without cardboard sleeve and I almost burned myself. I asked her " why did you not give me the sleeve and you gave other customers one?", She told me that: "because you ordered a Grande coffee" I said: "I see you gave other customers why not gave me? " She said: " Normally we don't gave sleeve for orders of Grande coffee, other people ordered Vente coffee" I saw other customers ordered Tall and Vente coffee are have the cardboard sleeve. The whole thing didn't make sense to me...???

In this case I would love to support other local no name brand coffee place has better services and quality cake. Spend my money and having better feeling and...

They were busy, but Starbucks always are. We ordered two banana breads, and made the mistake of saying “sure” when asked if we wanted them warmed up. The guy doing the warming was too lazy to walk the food over to the counter after heating it up, instead just letting it pile up until another worker grabbed it. So we got one banana bread while it was warm, and then had to wait several minutes while the other one just sat there getting cold.

We ordered drip coffee, which they normally just give to you at the till, but today they decided not to. So we waited while other fancy drinks were prepared. 10-15 minutes later we realized that they had simply forgotten about us, when people who arrived much much later than us were getting their much more elaborate drinks while we just stood there. Not a great location....

I came in last minute two days ago. My actual name on the order was Alex. I came to get two drinks and I did not even greeted at the door. I came in to get two drinks with iced black tea with 9 pumps of brown sugar syrup and no water and 3/4 inch extra vanilla sweet cream and I do not know if the guy was confused on how to make the drink but he did make it but did not stir in the cream at all. It was all puffy vanilla cream at the top. I had to stir it in myself. I was very disappointed. I either want management to train people on how to make the drinks or have someone else make the drinks...
