OK so this place is not all that I thought. I thought it was gonna be a similar food like Tommyâs burgers with their chili but oh my God all they do is add chili beans and the sauces are horrible they are not even real salsa. (I donât think itâs even salsa at all) The red sauce (chilli) is red which tastes just like enchilada sauce, not even heated up or warmed up or anything, so if you know how to cook then you know the flavors nasty unless itâs in enchiladas . the green chili is OK probably. I think they just throw whatever together and they donât even care thinking itâs really good when itâs not horrible food I would even probably say horrible service when I told them that the food was not good (I wasted like $80 down the drain because my kids didnât even eat the food.) They just looked at me and shrugged their shoulders, not even like a âdo you want me to replace it? Do you want something else?anything nothing at all? What can we do to make it better for you ?â NOTHING!!! which is a little sad because a lot of places do replace the food even offer you refund if you donât like the food especially if you threw it away or give it back to them. The atmosphere was the worst ever. hot as hell in there no fan or AC, no ventilating through there. small area to sit. I tried to sit down and relax and let the air circulate. Nothing the doors are closed. Started sweating, but I think they had maybe a swamp cooler behind counter which did nothing. You canât even feel any type of air coming through the building maybe for starters they can just get an AC .
The tortilla burger, forget it, a hamburger patty with a tortilla !!!!OOOKKKAAAAYYYYY STRAIGHT GHETTO. I could do that at home for an 1/8 of the price. but to top it off itâs not even good!! Overall gave it a 1 because thatâs the lowest option. I could probably whip up a meal better being out in the wilderness. Iâm sorry Bobâs burgers.    Read moreFirst off food was good. But I drove up to a sign that said they were unable to take credit cards at the drive thru. This did not deter me so I went inside. I observed approx 6 employees including a Manager. I ordered 4 items and stayed at the counter for a togo purchase. They were more than able to process my credit card inside so this was disappointing that I had to get down for such a simple order. So I wait approx 5 minutes and observe the environment. The location was OK not perfect in any respect but not in poor condition. So I see at approx the 4 minute mark my order was complete. I then observe the staff all inside the managers office conversing. I had to wait until they finished chatting until they handed me my order. I then asked for a corporate phone number and was told they do not have one but give my phone # they will call me back. I have to say that does not come off as a suitable policy when it comes to complaint processing. I did not want to discuss it with the person I am complaining about. I recommend the food but until the staff is more professional be careful.
On the visit before this I wanted to share that experience. I came on Taco Tuesday. Now I expect higher than average wait for fast food. But I sat in line for no less than 25 minutes. By the time my order was taken and I was in possession of it the Fries were at or less than room temperature. I would recommend avoiding Taco Tuesday if you need "fast food" as they are not equipped to handle...
   Read moreFirst of all we were in the drive thru line for 45min the customer in front of us left as soon as she got to the window, placed order thru window went over my order 3x's and again at the window I asked for easy onions now for the 45min wait I'd expect my food to be hot well it wasn't my food chili dogs were cold and smothered in onions, I decided to call in to complain I asked to speak with the manager the phone was placed on counter after waiting for 8min I decided to drive over there finally when I was at the light someone picked up the phone and hung up I had my phone on speaker the entire time 17min with out a manager picking up. I go in and wait another 5-7min to be waited on the Manager Eric didn't seem to care about anything I have never had such a bad experience. May I add that during our 45min wait thru the line I went inside to the restroom and the restaurant had 2 customers, staff at this location was standing around not doing anything. This has got to be the worst experience I've had with Bob's Burgers every other one has great service...
