Absolutely horrendous, customer service and management every time I go they make sure to mess up one thing in my order today I went and got a 20 piece with buffalo and ranch. They put all the ranch I went ahead and called by the time I got home because that’s when I checked my order. I know I messed up by not checking out the window and assuming they can do their job correctly so I went ahead and called and let them know. They messed up my order and I asked what they wanted to do about it and the manager. Felicia tried to tell me she was just gonna give me an extra buffalo next time I come through. They absolutely messed up my order and I don’t even want to eat my chicken nuggets with the wrong type of sauce, like who says oh you can get extra buffalo next time you come through like no I’m gonna come through the drive-through and you can fix my order because by the time I come and get this buffalo sauce it’s gonna be cold once I get home absolutely terrible customer...
Read moreThe kitchen manager treats the staff there horribly and has a personal vendetta against me. She verbally abuses the young teens and adults working in the establishment and had been reported to the general manager and still nothing is done about the harassment. I’m tired of it. For years this person has been working there and I’ve seen good workers come and go because they can’t handle the abuse anymore. I know this sounds like a small deal, but just a couple nights ago I asked one of the workers through the drive-through to give me a large handful of pickles for my cheese burgers and I don’t mind paying however much I have to just to obtain them. The kitchen manager knows who I am and instead gave me a small ketchup cup of 2 pickles… this happens everytime I order something now no matter how many times I ask or insist to pay more. Not to mention the name calling, the items of mine she stole, and harassment to my peers....

Went through the drive thru today and had forgot to order a medium dr.pepper. So asked if they could charge me for one. Angel an employee told me I had to go back through the drive thru again or go inside. I asked to speak to a manager and Alexis did not even attempt to resolve the situation gave me the names of every manager above her and said she wouldn’t do it. Not telling me the general manager krystal was inside. I went inside paid for another drink and was greeted by krystal vary helpful and understanding apologetic and knows how customers should be treated. But Alexis is a garbage manager. It was a medium drink and could not resolve the issue. She should be embarrassed to call herself a manager. I will contact the district manager to let them know of her lack of professionalisms and...
