Edit to add: Wow.. after glancing at the other reviews, it is remarkable how many 1 star reviews, specifically mentioning the manager Tanya by name, there have been without a district manager (or anyone else) addressing it. I’m thinking this may need to be escalated to the BBB because at this point, this particular restaurant is a scam.
Ordered two boneless bundles and when we got there, they gave us bone-in for one of the orders. We told them we had ordered boneless only and they said we’d have to wait for them to make the wings. Not wanting our food to get cold, we asked if we could receive a credit for the incorrect wings instead- which they initially told us they could not do. So we left.
Once we left, I called the store and asked if I could speak to a manager. The girl who answered asked what it was for and I told her “it is about our order being wrong and nobody wanting to help us resolve it while we were there”. She knew immediately and asked if it was about the missing boneless wings. When I responded yes, she told me “she forgot she could print our ticket to have a credit processed”. I told her thank you and we hung up.
Since she gave no further instruction, we drove back to the store to pick up the credit. Once there, we were told by the manager (Tanya, I believe), who was extremely rude and scoffed throughout the entire conversation several times, that this time it wouldn’t be able to be processed until the store was closed and asked if they could take down our information and call us later. This is FAR two much trouble for THEM messing up 20 wings and asked if there was anything we could do to resolve it then and there. We suggested a gift card to which they agreed- except that they ran the total for the meal with no tax.. so when we asked why they wouldn’t do the full amount, they said “if we had waited until tomorrow we would’ve gotten the tax back.”
At the end of the conversation, we asked for our missing carrots and celery to which the manager again laughed scoffed and walk away to the kitchen. Knowing the celery and carrots are in the fridge at the counter WE WERE STANDING IN FRONT OF, we asked a passing employee if they could grab them and they immediately grabbed and handed them to us with no problems. The girl we spoke to originally was nice and gave no problems- but the manager lacks any semblance of customer service skills and if the store gets YOUR order wrong, you will be the one to blame/mistreated for it. I’d suggest getting something better like the WingStop or The Range right...
Read moreThis Buffalo Wild Wing use to be a good place to go and relax after work. I will NEVER go back to a Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. Especially the one in Los Lunas! And will tell all the people and family I know to never go back to this establishment as well! A co-worker and I went to have a couple of beers after work one after noon and everything was going great. Until our last beer that we got we were finishing up and my co-worker took his last drink and spit out the drink he had just took because something was in his beer. After looking at it there was a big chunk of glass that the bottom of his glass. Big enough that it looked like a piece of ice. And the drink that he spit out was shards of glass. When we told the bartender what had happened she pulled the piece of glass out of the glass and showed her manager. The manager than came over and asked my co-worker for his phone number and than disappeared. We than had to ask for a glass of water because he was still spiting out little pieces of glass. And unlike some people we remained calm and didn't make a scene. After about 25 mins the manager finally came back and said that a hotline will be calling him and also someone from their corporate office will be calling. The Manager NEVER once asked if he was ok offered an apology! And when my co-worker asked if he went to the hospital would it be covered under there insurance he turned around with an awful attitude and said its out of my hand and not our problem. And we still paid for our tab never once was it let me comp you for that beer that had a chunk of glass in it. It has been 5 days and NO ONE has called him like the manager said they would. And when he called to find out the status the manager kept saying sorry its out of my hands and we have nothing to do with it. For three days my co-worker went around with a sore throat like something had scratched it or something was stuck in there. So with just how they handled or should i say didn't handle the situation I will never go back or my friends and all our co-workers that we know will...
Read moreContemplated leaving this review but I’m truly disgusted with the amount of dishonesty at this location. Had dinner here today, server was amazing, most kind girl and the food was great. No complaints there. My complaint is after we’d left. We went from here to Walmart and I realized I left my purse at the table. There was no where else it could’ve been. I called the restaurant and a guy put me on hold while he “looked for it and asked around”. A girl then picked up the phone and said it wasn’t there and asked me for my name & number incase they find it later on. She said she could not ask around because they were extremely busy. I said I’d wait but I really needed her to ask. After a while she said she asked everyone and no one had seen it. I reminded her that isn’t what she’d just said. I also stated that if she wouldn’t ask I’d be right there to ask around myself. She said “ma’am I’m trying to help you but you’re being extremely difficult and uncooperative. If you don’t want to give me your info fine. Your purse probably isn’t here anyway”. I told her she wasn’t trying to help me at all and needed to know if it was there or not. Not no “probably”. I asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold and I was immediately hung up on. My husband went in and asked about it. A girl claiming to be the manager was very passive, said they asked everyone and no one seen it. We left but called back and asked to see the cameras to be sure I walked out with it. We were put on hold, a male manager came to the phone with the news that my purse was found. (Magic, right?!) he was helpful, said no one asked him about the purse all this time and that they said they found it a long time ago. He stated that it was with the employee stuff. Why not a lost and found or the managers office? The fact that this was an employee and not even a customer really makes me sick. To the employee who took it, I hope you learn a very important lesson. Make better choices. Calling district tomorrow, completely...
