Ordered 2 medium jackhammers. When the worker gave me the cups which weren’t full, I asked if they were mediums, the worker said it was a small in a medium cup. I said I ordered mediums and then the worker said it was a medium to which I asked why it wasn’t full. She left the window and spoke to another worker, maybe a manager. That person came to the window and I asked what size the jackhammer was. She said medium. I asked why it wasn’t full and then she pulled out all 3 cups to show me the different sizes. I asked if this was a medium why wasn’t it full. She said, “give me those and I will make you new ones”. The remade ones that were full in a medium cup. Interesting, on the way home, I checked the receipt and I was charged for smalls. Obviously, they messed up and we’re trying to cover up. Came in at 11,they closed at 12. Cashier was really pushy while trying to find my point card/open my app; she wasn't very nice at all. I asked for a small and medium James Browine Jack Hammer and the medium came out alright, the small one however came out as just vanilla ice cream and caramel with hot fuge in the middle. I got no oreos with hardly any caramel. I spent $15 on both of these when they weren't even made right. If you want Andy's and happen to be near Highland, I HIGHLY suggest stopping there over the Juban Crossing spot.
