In a recent visit to the Burger King establishment situated in the heart of New Orleans, my hopes for a satisfying meal were greatly dashed by an array of unfortunate encounters that left me astounded. With a crew composed seemingly of disinterested personnel and a woeful lack of attention to customer satisfaction, the experience was nothing short of disappointing.
Upon entering the premises, I was greeted with an atmosphere that resembled a gathering of acquaintances rather than a professional workplace. The employees exhibited an attitude that conveyed a disregard for their role in providing a quality dining experience. It appeared as though my entrance was perceived as an intrusion into their social endeavors rather than a chance to engage with a paying patron.
As I cast my gaze upon the menu, a sight both perplexing and disheartening greeted me. Large sections of the menu appeared to have been torn down or otherwise vandalized, leaving it looking as if it had endured some sort of turmoil or unrest. The absence of a comprehensive menu did not bode well for an establishment that should ideally offer a diverse selection to its customers.
The seating area told a similarly somber tale. Despite a noticeable lack of other guests, the tables were besmirched with dirt and neglect, rendering them unwelcoming and unsuitable for use. The floor, coated with a sticky substance that clung to my shoes with each step, served as a clear indicator of the establishment's neglect of basic cleanliness standards.
A focal point of any fast-food venue is the beverage dispenser, and yet even this fundamental element of the dining experience was marred by malfunction. The soda machine, a cornerstone of refreshment, was unfortunately out of order, requiring customers to part with their cups in order to obtain a refill. Such inconveniences only furthered the disillusionment that had taken hold of my visit.
Regrettably, my interaction with the staff during the ordering process proved to be yet another disappointment. After placing my order, I was informed that a wait of approximately 15 minutes would be necessary for the preparation of a simple order of fries. While I patiently accepted this delay, the response from the employees was far from professional. Their discontent was palpable, with eye rolls and a general air of indifference underscoring their disapproval of my willingness to wait.
In conclusion, my experience at the New Orleans Burger King was nothing short of disheartening. The lack of enthusiasm, cleanliness, and basic customer service standards displayed by the staff left a lasting negative impression. As a potential patron passing through the area, I would strongly advise against stopping at this particular Burger King if seeking a pleasant...
Read moreThis is by far the worst place to get food from. All I can say if you are hungry just go home and fix your own food. Let's start with first arriving there's a lot of parked cars in line in front of the store, when you enter the lobby everyone is standing around in deep conversation, the store manager named Pam if that's her real name had the worst attitude ever the store was very dirty the drink machine was not working the menu was broken couldn't get a receipt because they did not have receipt paper the store manager was yelling and and cursing at the drive thru person who couldn't be no older than 16 years old the food was horrible, I asked for an impossible whopper jr. The manager said she was not cooking it because she just did a food count or something like that but I had to settle for an order of mozzarella sticks that tasted like it was cooked in old grease my fries were double dipped because they were already under the light and I asked for fresh fries but the young lady lied and said they were, the fries were extremely greasy and tastes like old grease, when I tasted my food I immediately went and asked for a refund however they tried telling me because I didn't have a receipt I couldn't get a refund but to their surprise I had my phone out recording the entire transaction, when I threatened to send it to cooperate my refund was given to me by the store manager Pam but with a very bad attitude and she didn't put the money in my hand like I had given her she placed it on the counter and walked into a small office. All I can say is Please Please Please go somewhere else if you're hungry.. this place needs a complete overhaul...
Read moreWow - worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. We got there at 10:25am to order breakfast through the drive through and the guy in front of us was getting agrivated because they still hadn’t taken his order. He was blowing his horn and was asking could they take his order. I told my family “wow that guy is overreacting”. Finally at 10:32 she can over the speaker and said “can I take your order we are only serving lunch”. The guy spead off in front of us. We heard the conversation so we pulled off too. These people deliberately waited till AFTER 10:30 to take the order to not give out breakfast. THATS DIRTY ! we stop through about once or twice a week for breakfast and it’s always ghetto and horrible service . Whoever is managing that place needs to be replaced with someone who actually cares about the buisness. 1 star is an overrating for this place. I hope they get it together and replace the staff and management who’s behind this type of service . Good luck Burger King on judge perez in chalmette ! If the owner should read this? It’s pretty bad I hope you get that...
