My son was craving a spider man burger. I stopped at the Burger King on lapalco around 11:30pm on June 12, 2023 and had the worse customer service. No one answered the intercom and I proceeded to the drive up window, where I noticed 2 vehicles waiting. The lady does some type of hand gesture in the air and walks toward the window, to let me know she has a system. I’m not from her so how should I know if you didn’t answer the intercom. She quickly has an attitude and tells me I should not have came to the window. She also stated she was training someone and they were short of staff and close the window and walks off. I blew the horn until she came back to the window where she asked what I wanted. I told her the spider man burger. She tells me it’s discontinued and I did all that for nothing. I took a picture of her and asked her name so I can report her action to corporate. Never did she tell me, but it’s so said that I even tried explain to her about her behavior. She didn’t see any of the problems. I really hope Burger king trains people to work in their restaurants and no just have them their taking up space. These will be the same people replace by robots and be mad when no one hires them because of their rude attitude. Burger King will also be the effect when no one eats at their restaurant, because no one deserves to pay for food and receive this type of treatment. I have contacted corporate and I will wait to see what happens...
Read moreI went here about 5:30p on a Wednesday 12/7/22. My order was taken timely at the drive up (no delays). I drove to the 2nd window and paid. I was told to pull up. (which means your food is not ready) I figured that would happen since I ordered mozzarella sticks. That’s not an item they have pre-fried I assume. No problem… overall so good so far. While I was waiting, I was behind another car also waiting for their food. The car in front of me left but I had not pulled up to their spot. The young lady employee was holding a bag and just stared at me. She didn’t wave for me to move up so I assumed I should drive up further to her because she wasn’t planning to coming to me. She asked me what I ordered before handing me the food. I answered of course. She hands me my bag and turns around to walk off. I yelled out loud enough for her to hear as she is walking “Thank YOU!” Then she turns half way around to say “You’re Welcome”. I ordered 2 whopper meals and Jr whopper cheeseburger that was supposed to be off the broiler they asked to pull around to the front door so they can bring my food out and they came out soon as I arrived at the door, I knew it couldn't be off the broiler so I checked my bag and was missing my Jr whopper and I had to go back through drive thru to get my burger go to work, we didn't have no cheese on the whoppers and the quality of the food was horrible ended up throwing it all away so I called them the next day they said they couldn't give me a refund but for the cheese or replace one of my meals after spending almost $30 and said i should have bought the food back that night after I clearly...
