Pacos Tacos Harvey — Restaurant in Louisiana

The staff there were super nice however their food needs a little bit more work when it comes to tacos. I didn’t like the fact that I spent a lot of money for nothing. The flavor was there with the steak and you can tell it was grilled. However the chicken should have been grilled too instead of being sautéed in a panor cooked down in the pot! The guacamole should always be placed on the side when it comes to shrimp tacos or anything required that ingredient in your menu .unless your chipotle! What really got me is that I ordered the traditional tacos and seen that it came with beans. I was super disappointed of how small that cup was of beans especially the fact that it was CANNED BEANS. You can taste it A super Big No No, it was almost like there was no effort placed in, I look at it you guys are a restaurant not a fast food restaurant, don’t be scared to sometimes take your time on your ingredients and menu and food! Suggestions if your going to charge that high for tacos make sure there is a complimentary rice and or beans on the side instead of grilled onions..The Horchata was pretty good it was very sweet and creamy! I came here on a random Thursday since my cousin recommended me this place. I got 4 of their Rock Tacos since they had a “Rocking Thursday” deal where each Rock Taco is $2.50 each every Thursday. I also got a bottled Coke from the fridge ($3.00). For the price, the portion was pretty big and had good flavoring to it. The shells were evenly fried so it wasn’t too overpowering. I just wished they told me the Consome added to my order was an additional $2.00, as I didn’t even know until after they gave me my receipt.

Wow, was I surprised … a shopping center pad site similar to a retail store housed this amazing effort of Mexican tacos.. was pleasantly surprised - blown away with quality , delicious food.. fast service and a small exhibition kitchen staffed by just a few truly dedicated Taco Rock Stars , a flat top , deep fry station( not used much) and a chargrilling station … everything cooked to order and perfection . taco Al pastor was my first choice and it did not disappoint. The Fish Tacos second choice The free salsa bar was clean and stocked with all the Green and Red one could wish for ‘ all heat levels and perfectly executed … dang , I can’t wait to visit again...
