Crumbl — Restaurant in Louisiana

Honestly this Crumbl store is exactly what it is advertised to be, a specialty cookie shop…that’s it. Nothing more, nothing less…..meaning that it’s simple and basic, it does not have any extra flare to make it a “great” experience. I have not had any bad experiences at the store, it’s more a “blah” experience that just boxes your cookies and and sends you out the door. The employees are not overly friendly but they’re also not rude, they’re just there for the job. The whole vibe is just nothing exciting & if it weren’t for the yummy cookies, I’d probably forget this place existed because it is such an underwhelming experience. I’ve been to other Crumbl stores & was mind blown when I walked in and was greeted by a bunch of happy employees, dancing/singing as they were baking cookies. The energy made the experience a whole different feeling than the poor little “quiet” Covington location. So all in all, if you’re looking for yummy cookies that are ready fairly quickly and you’re just trying to be in & out quickly, then this is your place. If you’re looking for great customer service & friendly, helpful employees that make the good vibe part of the experience….then you should probably stop by Chik-Fil-a on your way home from the Crumbl store. This place has been open 3 weeks. Since opening it stays with a line. There is a curbside pickup now, but no drive thru. Otherwise you WILL be waiting in line.

Theres always a milk chocolate cookie on the menu but the rest rotate in week. In my experience every week has 1 really good cookie and some Rollercoaster ones that are either awesome or for a niche crowd.

The cookies are HUGE u can easily share with 2-3 ppl and they look like their pretty fresh to order tho all of them aren't per se warm cookies.

For the best experience order IN THE APP ahead of time and DO NOT go late night especially if u have your mouth set on one type as it will prob be gone if it's that weeks Popular cookies.

Theres a rewards app to earn free cookies with visits and loyalty extras. Ex u can get some crumbs by following on social media, getting friends to order or doing a review (on the app) note if u do a loyalty redemption YOU WILL NOT EARN CRUMBS regardless of how much more u spend!

Placed online order went in about 7-8 minutes after and waited another 5 to receive the wrong order. Two other people behind me also received the wrong order. Don’t buy ice cream even if it says it’s available - it probably isn’t (mine wasn’t). Was told to get in the order line to receive a refund on the ice cream, had to wait another 5 minutes just for that. Finally get to the counter and tell them I want a refund on the entire order - taking another 5 minutes for the manager to have to be called saying she needs her manager to approve all refunds. What? Why cant the manager on duty approve a refund, why does the customer have to wait another 5 minutes for the manager to call another manager about a $10 refund? Decided to just get the right cookie and replace the ice cream with another cookie because it was taking way too long and I was already angry. Cookie was way too salty, and I unfortunately...
