Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

If you're thinking about ordering from the Bluebonnet location, you will be disappointed. This location started out great when it first opened, but now it is AWFUL. Expect to wait nearly 2 hours for a carryout order. We ordered pasta, a medium pizza, and cheesy bread at 7:48 last night. The tracker never moved from prep, however at 8:30 we thought surely our order must be ready since it said 30 min. We got there and waited an additional 40 min, no order, no acknowledgement, no apology. There was no sense of urgency. Several people were waiting for carry out and were as frustrated as I was. During that time only 1 ordered had progressed on tracker to complete. The other 9 on board were still in prep stage. By 9:23 I asked for a refund. Apparently when you pay by card or PayPal you don't get a refund right away. The order is voided/canceled. You get a void receipt and pray your refund hits in 5 days. This is INSANE. Honestly this location deserves ZERO stars, I placed an order at 9:00PM and arrived at 9:40PM to pick it up at the drive thru window. I pulled behind two other cars, to which the car that was at the window had to get out of their car and knock at the window to get the attention of the workers. Once that car left the second car had to do the same and then I also had to knock on the window to get someone’s attention. Anyway this resulted in an additional 30 mins of waiting in the drive thru, and that’s not even the worst, once an employee asked me who I was picking up for I was informed that my order wasn’t even started and it would be another 30 to 40 mins, I was like I ordered over an hour ago to which the employee rudely responded to me that they were backed up and he proceeded with an attitude when I asked for a refund because TWO HOURS waiting for a single pizza is ridiculous. So don’t waste your time ordering anything at this location, and just get a frozen pizza from Walmart who has a faster checkout line than the drive thru of...

This is one of those restaurants/fast food spots that gives me anxiety because they have the pick up window that doubles as an order window, and you might get stuck behind a line of people placing orders..and they don’t tell them to leave the line. But if you go up there and order, they’ll tell you to leave the line and then you get stuck behind a bunch of people who WONT get out of the way and leave the line! I had to jump the curb and go inside because I was sitting there for God knows how long while my order sat there, ready to go. Either they aren’t telling people to get out of the way or the people are being stubborn and rude and not leaving….maybe they’re on to something. If I go back anytime soon I’m just gonna walk into the place with my pajamas on. Nobody cares anyway, and you won’t get stuck behind a bunch of rude people ordering.
