I ordered $33.50 worth of food tipped $8.50. They delivered my pizza to the wrong place because of their driving app. I called and spoke to Eugene the store manager he said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t remake my pizza or refund me . We got into it a few times . Lo and behold my husband calls and they remake the pizza WRONG and send it again with a different driver ,sexist ? Probably ... That diver was very nice and confirmed what I thought that it was sent to the wrong house . I asked him to let them know he said he would. No call back, no apology nothing . I WILL NEVER order from here again. Papa John’s will forever receive my money . I should have tipped the last guy but I didn’t have any cash and didn’t think about it till after. He didn’t have a problem calling me back to argue with me he should have definitely called back to apologize.
UPDATE The store manager must of seen this post he called my husband back again harassing him and saying it was the same building WHICH it was not . The last driver confirmed it was a different driver and different building good thing for cameras 💯👏 I’m sure dominos tracks everything also. I’m on the phone with corporate right now . If this manager calls back again I’ll be talking to my cop friends and pressing charges 🙃 this guy needs to find another job that fits his attitude better because customer service is not it . You call and APOLOGIZE when you or your workers make a mistake not harass people . Have the day that you deserve Eugene 💯( my WINDOW camera has audio and recorded the whole conversation I had with the...
Read moreFood is what it is. You want to lock the lobby early, fine. What it comes down to is basic human decency and respect. Customer service in this case. If I arrive before 10pm, when the lobby closes, and the door is already locked with no indication as of why then a little assistance my be needed so I can pick up my order. Should I push the doorbell so you'll unlock the door? Should I knock? Maybe the doorbell doesn't work? Wave? Just wait for you to see me? Tried all of that and noone even glanced in my direction. Not once. The manager even walked right by the front and acted like I didn't exist. Mind you this is technically before the lobby is supposed to be closed so I'm not sure what's going on. Solution, if you want to lock the lobby early for whatever reason that's fine. All it takes is 3 seconds for you to look up and acknowledge the customer who wants to give you money and at least motion to the drive thru for service. If this were the case I would have kept it in mind next time I ordered and just go through the drive thru. Now I will more than likely take my business elsewhere as it is clear they truly do not care about...
Read moreNormally I have a good experience but tonight it was not so great. I left a detailed note in my order to please bring change as that’s all I had as the form of payment (I have did this multiple times before and it has been honored) tonight, when the driver approached I spoke with her to see that she brought change and she informed me that she did not I said oh well it was in the notes with my order she tells me oh well can’t help you and proceed to turn and walk away (no biggie because I didn’t pay for it but that was my kids dinner tonight). I then called the store to speak to a manager because if change cannot be given then I should’ve received a call regarding that but I did not and the manager had an attitude when I brought it to his attention and flat out told me sorry ma’am that’s not my problem (which he’s correct it’s not) but I should have been informed about this prior to the driver in transport. Very bad management tonight and very poor communication within the staff.
Probably ruined my...
