Dunkin' — Restaurant in Louisiana

I truly gave this place the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately this place is just absolutely terrible. Not only does the system frequently go down, there’s an insanely long wait time, but the employees just don’t understand how to make drinks properly. I highly encourage everyone to go back to training. I traditionally go to Dunkin for one drink and that’s the matcha latte. I have ordered it here three times and each time was made Differently and incorrect. These last two time’s is what really got me baffled. One was made with espresso And when asked about it, no one knew who made it….. what?! Ok. This time I ordered and there was no matcha in the drink. Just milk. When asked I was told there’s only a certain amount allowed to be added for the drink. Which happened to be a teaspoon……. For a large. Again , what?! I’m so done with trying to give this place a chance. It’s not worth the annoyance to waste my money here. And to top it all off staff is unfriendly with attitudes. No thank you!!! As you can tell by my pictures. Both drinks are supposed to be the same. So why do they look completely different on opposite sides of the spectrum. Simple answer, lack of training. Get...

Having grown up in commercial kitchens since I was thirteen, a culinary degree and working both front and back of the house in almost every level of dining, I can say with out a doubt this team and this facility is awesome.

Chloe, Anna,Taylor, Emma have greeted me by name, double check my exact order before making it without fail. No matter if it’s during the after pt rush or a slow weekend. Along with the others I have not mentioned I haven’t see a slip in service or consistency yet. Being from Boston I come to dunkis a lot cause Starbucks is garbage. This might be the busiest one for its size outside of Boston. With that said this team works real hard and it shows.

They manage to serve a post full of people and their children and spouses along with being ready for bigger orders from company, battalion, and brigade level events.

This place works hard for a lot of apparently ungrateful impatient people. Keep up...

6 MONTH UPDATE: I’ve gone back twice now and they’ve stepped up their game. Drinks are much better, breakfast sandwiches are good, but I haven’t tried the donuts yet. Changed review rating from 1 star to 4.

My husband went there and got a few breakfast bagel sandwiches, 4 crème donuts, and a couple drinks. He said he asked for one of each of the flavors of the filled donuts…we got 3 lemon jelly things and 1 raspberry. He got us both a frozen coffee, both a Mocha Swirl. He commented that his was strong. Comparing the two just on looks, his was much darker in color and mine was more of a caramel color. That drink was so horrible, it wasn’t mixed properly, and there was what looked like a chocolate powder settled at the bottom. The consistency was so thick and you could feel the chocolate powder granules when you did try to drink it. I ended up dumping mine down the sink.
