Fat Boy's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

This is the BEST milkshake I have ever had. Understand that I've had milkshakes all over the country. Las Vegas, New York, San Francisco, if there's a milkshake on the menu I'm ordering one. My go to is chocolate so I ordered the 2 slider combo with "Cajun" fries and the chocolate "custard" shake. I got the shake half price with the combo and still was given a cup to get myself a sweet tea to eat with this outstanding lunch I gobbled up. I had the angus slider which was cooked perfectly, lettuce nice and crisp and the bread toasted perfectly. My second slider was the Philly steak & cheese and it was glorious to say the least. The fries have a little kick, not unbearable, but I'm not big on fries so I left a few behind. The sliders were so good I finished each in just a couple bites. The Grand slam is the shake. It's the creamiest, perfectly chocolate, eat with a spoon cupful of happiness I've had in my life. Pair all that with an immaculate dining room and the best service this side of the river and you've got yourself a recipe for returning customers time and time again. My lunch was a bit on the pricey side but WELL worth it and I tipped the change off my $20 so that's my own fault. This place is my go to for lunch when I'm on the westbank. Sorry China Doll, you've just been demoted. I keep giving this place a try because it’s close to work, but the attitude the staff has makes it extremely hard to return. I went through the drive through today and ordered the Lil Fatty combo(half slice of pepperoni with a drink) and a salad. I asked for an extra ranch/italian since everytime I come, they give me 1-2oz little cup of dressing for the big box of salad. The girl ringing me up charged me $1.50 for extra dressing. I saw the upcharge and told her that I didn’t feel like the extra charge was right since they barely give any dressing. She then said with an attitude, “so do you want it or not”, to which my response was “no.” I got to the window to pick up and noticed there was 2 dressings in the salad box, instead of just the one, BUT the salad looks like they just threw some lettuce and cheese in a big box. The was also no croutons or any other toppings on the salad, just cheese and lettuce. I pulled away not realizing she didn’t give me utensils, so I had to pull back around to get some. When I got to the window again, she was still sassy(even though I tipped after her being rude the first time AND her forgetting to give me Parmesan/utensils)

On a positive note, the pizza is always good to me because I personally don’t like a very thick crust or a lot of sauce. Having good customer service can really make or break a customer’s return. I think this place could really use that tip based on some of these reviews and my personal...

I've been to 3 different Fat Boys and this one by far is the worse. When ordering I was prompted to use kiosk when paying with CC. As most establishments nowadays the screen prompts the customer to add tip which is easy to do. I ordered one Lg fry and 2 slices of pizza and the girl behind the counter was to busy I guess to bring my food to us. Fries cam out 1st. Didnt get pizza til fries were gone. And only my girls slice came out 16mins before mine did. Once mine came out the dough wasnt even cook all the way. 3 separate occasions she had to bring us our items and 3 times she just called us up to the counter to pick it up. BE AWARE to not tip when ordering. Crazy part was while couldve been picking up the place, wiping tables down(that we had to do ourselves) she just sat behind the counter feeding herself Flaming Hot Cheetos all the while the manager had his head buried in a laptop the entire time we were there.
