Worse experience at a Pho restaurant in the New Orleans metro area. I have Great Pho all over Nola.. this was my first time at this place and was my last. I will never go there again. I ordered a large bowl of Pho with brisket and their spicy beef broth. When it came my large bowl which cost me $3 extra was barely 3/4 full. As I dug through it looking for the brisket I found that they maybe had 5 or 6 very lean, tough, and small pieces in the entire bowl. The spicy beef broth was ok. I didn't eat that much of my Pho I was put off by the fact that I had spent so much for barely any meat. I asked the server for the rest of it to go. She said ok and went on to do a few things. When I ask for the check a few minutes later I again asked her for the rest of my pho to go.. she said ok again and took my bowl away. When she can back with my bill I paid it and she returned with my change but no Pho to go. When I asked her when my to go was?? She told me she threw it away!! What?? I ask for it to go 2x! So after a couple of minutes of talking to someone else... they asked me to wait another 5 minutes or so and they would replace my large bowl with a regular size to go Pho. Sadly the replacement also barely had 5 or 6 small very lean tough pieces of brisket. This place is over priced, stingy, and not that good.. there are plenty of great Pho places in Nola.. go to anyone of them, don't waste your time here. I will say the server was nice and very apologetic.

Redemption is good. I was craving a Vietnamese Crispy Crepe. Tried them before and the food was very good. Big difference in service if you dont come an hour before closing. DELICIOUS FOOD.. Don't come an hour before they close. W-O-W!!!!! I don't think I've ever experienced that in my life. Food could have been good but the service was the worst I have ever had in my life, and I've had some bad service before. Almost 50 minutes before closing should be enough to enjoy a leisurely Vietnamese dinner, I do it so much I should know. From the moment we sat down they told us every time they came to the table that they were closing. They brought food with no plates and when I asked for plates, they said "what kind?".... uhhhh restaurant plates, do you have any of those??? Forced us to pat and then said we had 5 minutes to leave.... long before closing time.

Brought my mom here for an early Mother’s Day lunch. Honestly wasn’t our first choice, but our usual location was closed. We ordered the pork bao buns for our appetizer (pretty good). we had the Vietnamese iced coffee and my mom had a winter melon boba tea (also good). I ordered the P1. combination pho with spicy beef broth, my husband had the P3. filet pho, and my mom the B1. Pork with rice noodle vermicelli. My mom was happy with hers, but my husband and I less so. The redeeming factor for my dish is that I got it spicy. Anyways, the server was nice. The place was clean, but empty and some guy (assuming it was a customer) came in yelling about how they were dishonest. I personally would not recommend this place and we will stick to our usual pho spot in the future.

Today was the first time in a while that we visited this place. My husband and I sat and waited a good bit for someone to show up and take our drink order; they only had two waiters for the entire restaurant so the server acted very rushed.

After we ordered our food I specifically told him my husband wants “large-broth only.” He just had a jaw surgery so obviously he couldn’t chew anything. I ordered the brisket and filet mignon pho with the spicy broth for me. The food came out and our server just dropped the entrees and didn’t say a word. My husband’s broth had onion and cilantro and was not a large and was seriously only half-full. I caught the waiter and asked him for the sauce he had forgotten (not a huge deal but aggravating nonetheless). I then mentioned my husbands broth and how he wouldn’t be able to eat it like that, and also how it was very small. I asked if he could bring another one without the stuff in it and he said he could, but even a large would be a very small bowl (the waiter then demonstrated this with his hand gesture which was odd and a little rude honestly). My husband said forget it and decided just to skip the meal so the waiter took his meal away apathetically.

Then my dish came and it tasted atrocious; almost like the cook had spilled too much salt in it. I also counted the pieces of meat because there seemed to be only a few pieces, which there were only 5. This entree cost $13 dollars and you’re telling me they give you five small pieces of meat? What a joke. I never saw the waiter again so I went up to the owner (which I met when they first opened) and told her the experience was terrible. She then handed me a bill for our soft drinks (classy) and we set out on our way. Will never set foot...

This is my most favorite place to go to in Metairie when I need some pho. Very beautiful and clean interior with comfortable booth for one or two fiends quick lunch or large dinning Table enough for groups meet up . They don't add any MSG to their soup and they cooked the soup 24 hours to get the taste from the beef and bone marrow . That earn my trust right way !! I brought my friends today and we order two No. 1 pho combination , grill shrimp salad . 3 order egg rolls.( we order one order egg roll and they taste so good and we orders two more) . Must order !!! Everything come out with big authentic style thick soup bowl that keep you soup hot. Generous amount of Large beef meatball and briskets for the regular size. Super Fresh veggies and taste sauces. We forgot to take picture this time because the food smell so good and we could not help ourselves . All my fiend from New York and they had son many pho there but they love this one! They said taste good!! I am glad I bring my fiends to right place and we had good time !! The waiter VAN are super cute and friendly! The owner Lindsay , don't know if the name was right ?take such good care of my fiends !!! I will definitely come back again and again!
