Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Louisiana

Go to any other location if you can. I placed an order through the app..estimated to be ready at 9:45 (even then i wasnt too pressed for time) and pulled up at 9:49…sat at the menu/call box and said “hello?” 3 different times then pulled up to the window. (I would have gone inside but i have my friend’s little girl in her car seat in the back) ….still saw no one even after sitting there for 5 more minutes. Finally i decide to call instead of being rude and honking the horn..they apologize and say the batteries fell out of their headsets….both of them. (Still dont believe this was actually the case🙄) ….yall …3 people walked into view. After i had been sitting there for 10 minutes and didnt see a soul. im understanding and patient to a fault but even after i called the resutaurant to ask for a manager to call me back because even at the window they were not very apologetic and were all laughing. Idk what they were doing in the back, but even knowing they had a pickup order..no one checked the window ?Yall…the general manager gets on the phone…barks at me with, “what ? What do you want? Fee food ? Is that all you want ? Fine i’ll comp the order !” 🫠 im speechless at this customer service and this is not the first time i’ve had a problem at this location. Just the first time i’ve had to try to talk to that nightmare of a manager. I would have apologized, explained the situation, and offered anything i could. There is an employee who works there at Jimmy John’s on coursey in Baton Rouge, an African American female, fair skinned with light colored eyes. She is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She doesn’t need to take anyone’s order as a cashier. She is so rude until she doesn’t need to work customer service at all! I work at a business and we order lunch a lot from here and other places. EVERY time the delivery person comes in and just stands there. Doesn't say anything just looks confused.
