Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

Very rude and unprofessional cashier. Placed an order online and received no code to access the ready oven warmer thing. Asked her how to get in to get my pizza. Insisted I needed a code and to check my email. Still no code so asked her if she could just hand it to me. She finally gave me a code to retrieve the pizza. I asked for a receipt and was told she would have to get a manager to print a receipt?? Acted like my request was absurd and unreasonable. Manager came to print receipt and wouldnt even speak to me. Handed me the receipt, and turned around and walked away while I was trying to explain I used a company credit card and needed a receipt. I know it's just a chain pizza joint, but customers dont deserve to be treated like we are a nuisance just for asking...

My order was an hour late since they now use door dash for delivery! Then you have to call door dash customer service wait on hold forever and go through trying to get your money back being transferred put on hold and lied to! This place is getting worst and worst since they opened. The employees are also rude and act like they don’t know what to do. I will never order here again after years of being a customer.
