Service is great, prices are great, atmosphere is cozy and friendly, music is great, snacks are great, beverages are well made and well priced. So why not 5 stars? The smoking. It's a small place and lots of smokers. My friends and I would come here more often and stay longer if it was no smoking inside. Breathing in the smoke is bad and having to wash or dry clean your clothes after a visit makes it worse. I get that change is hard and the smokers will be upset but it's not 1977 anymore. Jeff Parish should take the pressure off owners and have people smoke outside like Orleans. Love the place, the service, and the quality cocktails but the air quality is an issue. Great place!! I'm newcomer to NOLA and Metairie.. My new "home away from home". Brittney, Tam, Suzy and Kyle great Bartenders. They take time to welcome and ask you how you loke your cocktail. Extremly friendly staff! I visited this restaurant on 10/9/22 on a late night about 2 am.. I thought this bar sold food, I was extremely hungry, but only had drinks. The two women there were soooo friendly, I ended up ordering two delicious long islands! They recommended 3 other places my fiancé and I can eat at, and we ended up at lamp lighter.
