Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

I want say I was pretty upset because we order the meat lover pizza and we were staying at boomtown casino and it was pretty late and we were tired and hungry and they told us about 30 something min or so anyway we waited the length of time and no pizza so we check online and it said it that our pizza had been delivered but we had no pizza so we called and they said it was probably delivered to the wrong room and they would make us another one and bring it out well waited and waited still no pizza so ate snacks and went to bed called this morning and told Brooke the manager what happened and she did step up and sent us a pizza and refunded our money so we want to say thank you to her but whom ever worked last night need to learn customer service and I work in food service so I know it's not a easy job but that being said you still need to learn to treat your customers...

So I ordered my pizza at 7:37pm and it said I had a 28-38 minute wait. I called twice to let them know that my order was late and there was no consideration or understanding even tho it was over an hour by that time. THE MANAGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE AND DID NOT HELP OR TRY TO SOLVE THE ISSUE! I finally received my cold food order and hot soda at 9:01pm...UNACCEPTABLE!! I have not ordered papa johns in forever and now I know why. Please treat your customers how u would want to be treated had your pizza showed up almost an hour and a half late. People think that we over exaggerate when we post reviews but I screenshot everything just for cases such as this. Please train your management in proper customer service especially in situations such as this. I would love a discount or refund on my meal that was not...

I love papa John’s food, hate to order because papa Johns because they use door dash to deliver. Before papa Johns started using outside drivers to deliver I would order easily 3 times per week, but quit ordering papa Johns because of all the trouble getting my order EVERY time door dash had my order. Door dash drivers are all foreign, barely speaking English, and never know where they are, much less where they are going! Ordered papa Johns last night for the first time in months, papa Johns gave my order to door dash, driver got lost, he couldn’t understand English enough for me to relay directions to him. 35 minutes explaining he finally showed up with my very NOT FRESH order.
