So I went in for an interview me and my family order from this Papa John's all the time with so since it was right down the street I put in application on indeed went in for the interview everybody looked at me like oh no I know he's not getting his job because I was the only person of color in there been doing the interview I'm looking around he wanted to tell me that that we are very diverse and then I didn't understand the little girl that was in the office with us doing the interview she kept her head turned and did not speak rude as hell because I spoke to her she turned her head when I walked in it was just very awkward and for you to say that you are very diverse and I'm the only black person up in there and it don't look like you're even hiring black people at all bottom line then during the interview it was just very awkward because she was sitting up there with her head turned and he was asking me dumb questions like where are you from what do you do when you're not at work like where do my life outside of this building have to do with this job like he already knew that he was not going to hire me from the first look cuz he didn't have no paper writing nothing down he didn't have my application in his hand it was just very awkward that was the first time I ever been to an interview where the manager did not write nothing down or asking me questions relating to the job it was just very awkward and made me feel like I didn't even belong there and that was the atmosphere that they wanted to come out and like I said the girl she just kept her head turned with her nose up was very rude I didn't even understand like what would you in there for like what was the point of her being in there and they all...

TERRIBLE. Let me caveat this review by saying that I completely understand places getting very busy on holidays like Valentine’s Day, it’s understandable, but what isn’t excusable is a business vastly misquoting wait times. We ordered a heart shaped pizza for our kids using the Papa John’s website to have it delivered. Here is the first issue. Not until AFTER you make the purchase does the system tell you how long the wait for delivery will be. It was laughable when we looked at the screen that said our wait time would be TWO HOURS! I called the store to have our order changed to carry out. “No problem” I was told, “it will be ready for you to pick up in 30 minutes.” I showed up at the store and walked in at 35 minutes. As I walked in I heard a customer at the counter saying something along the lines of “If I don’t get my pizza soon I’m going to start a riot.” I approached the counter and was told that my pizza would be ANOTHER 30 minutes. Another gentleman approached and stated to the workers behind the counter that he was in the same situation. I had the cashier void my transaction and cancel my order. He didn’t offer me a receipt, so I asked for it. He sifted through the receipts and handed me one. It wasn’t mine. I shouldn’t have to tell him to make sure he found MY receipt. The entire staff had an aloof attitude and at no point displayed any kind of caring that they were failing and destroying families’ dinner plans. their apologies sounded completely empty and as if we, the customers, were bothering them. DON"T ORDER FROM THEM ANY MORE. BUY LOCAL! OLIVE GARDEN, ISABELLA'S PIZZERIA, PIZZA HUTT, CICI'S PIZZA, CASINOS PIZZA, ITALIAN PIE, REGINELLI'S PIZZA, PIZZA MAN or any other pizza place that does not farm their calls to foreign countries. DOMINO'S & PAPA JOHN'S is farming their calls to the Philippines! I was shocked, and the person I spoke with could barely speak English. They wanted my private information over the phone.
