I love pucciniâs coffee but the staff was extremely rude. I always order frozen puccino and they always put ice cream on the top. If I google frozen puccino from puccinoâs, there is also ice cream on the top in the picture provided by Puccinoâs. But this lady gave me none so I asked her for ice cream on the top. She pretended like she did not understand, offering me a spoon. I asked for ice cream for 2nd time, and she gave me a bigger lid. When I asked for 3rd time, she said the owner does not like putting ice cream on the top and it is not supposed to be like that because it is only for being mixed with coffee inside. I told her that I go to puccinoâs often and small portion of ice cream always comes on the top. She aggressively put a finger sized ice cream on the top and said âthis is only from meâ. She could have just told me that she forgot to put it on. I do not understand why she had to make so many weird excuses to justify her mistake and fight against it. Probably because she just did not put ice cream on the top ON PURPOSE, thinking I...
Read moreThe blonde lady with the accent is extremely stubborn and rude to customers. Itâs amazing how horrible this location treats customers in comparison to the other locations. Today, I ordered multiple frozen granitas for my family. After paying, we were handed unfrozen granitas. The âfrozenâ coffee was as thin as water, as in no viscosity and zero evidence that it was frozen. We told the cashier, but she insisted the coffee was frozen. She then stated âthatâs what happens when so many customers order the same thingâ but refused to offer replacement drinks or any kind of resolution. This is the 2nd time in the last 2 weeks that weâve had trouble with the same cashier. Some of the other customers have also commented on this cashierâs poor customer service skills. This Puccinoâs has lost a repeat customer. Avoid the Lakeside location and try the one near Clearview & W. Esplanade for better quality drinks and superior...
Read moreI like their take on cappuccino and coffee, but people usually come to coffee shops to get a little work done or studying. I understand a coffee shop is not a library, I don't expect absolute silence. Some of the groups of people at all coffee shops are laughing and talking and having a good time which is a great thing. Two toddlers that are children of the people working behind the counter screaming, running up and down the walkways and making a game of trying to pull the laptops off the tables by their cords is not a great thing. Their mom's are working so there's no one to keep an eye on them the way you have to keep an eye on little ones. No one wins, the little ones aren't getting as much of their mom's attention as they need, the patron's aren't getting the customer service they deserve and surely it makes a mother nervous to be unable to look after their child the way...
