I've always had not great but phenomenal service at this location. The staff is very polite, friendly and utmost professional. I frequent this restaurant quite often with my wife and four sons. Tonight I was treated very differently, once at the order window I was greeted with "is that all" after my first selection, I replied "no" and proceeded to order followed by "is that all" after each meal selection in a pushy manner. My order was quickly read back with the total and asked to pull around to the second window. Once I got to the second window it was like a ghost town. Finally the lady with the long blond hair extensions walked around the counter, she opened the glass took my card, ran it and told me to pull up to the pedestrian sign and it would be out. Clearly she didnt want to be bothered or wanted to be somewhere else, anywhere but dealing with the few cars in line. Could've possibly been they just finished dealing with a rush. I placed my order at 8:31 p.m. it was brought out at 8:50 and she still seemed annoyed with whatever she was dealing with. Four cars passed through the line as I waited. I understand preparing food takes time and I take that into consideration. When we got home the chicken was unexpectedly small. Like the massacred babies, the fries were soft as if the weren't done all the way, some of the sauce tasted as if it were sour. Keep in mind the place wasnt packed. My issue is the food and the lady with the attitude. Customers that spend $40+ each visit don't deserve that or any customer for that matter. Being open minded again I understand people have things they deal with as in fatigue, personal issues etc... I won't allow one person to hinder me rating this place 4 stars because any other time I have been here it has been quite pleasurable. Still pondering the reason why the chicken was so small, seems to be a recent norm for Canes with the last few visits. I am not interested in a free meal replacement but rather giving an honest review with a personal encounter. I am not trying to beat up this location based on one visit tonight, any other time it has been great. Just irritated and concerned if this is going to be something to be expected. Sad that all the good visits are attached to one unpleasant. Hopefully this problem will be addressed and not allowed to go unnoticed. I believe theres always room for improvement and I hope this is met with the same outlook. My wife was irritated enough that she will be calling them tomorrow. Fingers crossed,...

I gave my order and I guess the girl misheard me even though I repeated the order twice. I asked for a box combo with no cole slaw & an extra toast with no drink… she said the order back with a lemonade The guy at the first window was very nice and I can tell he heard my order because I heard him asking for someone multiple times to swipe their card to fix my order…. The guy was genuinely sweet and left the window closed but didn’t realized I heard everything. But when no one came he just charged me the 12.25…. And I can tell he felt guilty or looked nervous so I played it cool. I knew the guy knew I didn’t want a drink hence why I didn’t get a receipt….so I’m not mad or upset at him. If anything he was the best part of my visit at this canes. Now what kinda bothered me was the fact that at the second window there was five people… four girls & the guy who was handing me out my food…. And the fact that no keyholder or shift came to help the first guy kinda made me kinda disappointed. They didn’t even try to provide a good experience and was simply chit chatting or what not. I will give credit that when I told them I asked for no drink- the guy knew right away I didn’t want the lemonade but since I didn’t wanna hold up the drive thru I just told them I’ll take a water bottle…. So then when I drive off I noticed I didn’t get my extra toast nor the coleslaw 😓☹️. I work at a drive-thru/food service and it was just very distasteful to me. On top of paying for a drink I didn’t order want or get… I didn’t get my extra toast. This was...

Canes that was in the opposite direction of where I was going, but that was the place I choose to let it go.Went in I told the cash ear that I'll be a min. Peed then my phone rang.It was the judge he told me again that it was up to me if I wanted to settle are try to get more money.I for one didn't want to miss any more work dealing with court. It already cost me $160.00 dollars to file the claim, and one days pay.Well I order two peaces of bread because I love the bread, and one drink. While I was paying the cash ear I noticed one of the girls that worked there was looking good. She had like honed ear lobes that housed some red ear rings. When I was getting my change back from the $10 bucks I found in my console of my car.I asked the cash ear what was the girls name. She told me,and I repeated it to myself while I looked back at the girl.I then asked the cash ear if I gave her my phone number will she give it to the girl cooking she said yes.By now my bread is cooking, and I'm running back my car to get a business card that has my name ,and number on it. My dum ass ran to the wrong car ...lol .They where the same color. Not sure If any notice are not,but I stile felt a little foolish.Went back in,and gave the cash ear my card, and she gave me my food. I enjoyed my meal, and went about my day...She still...
