This has to be the worse Subway in Slidell. It seems as if this location is under new management/ownership because the previous management was extremely nice and professional. The young girls working are always rude, especially the red head. Yesterday my daughter and I visited this location. There was one customer ahead of us and another customer walked in a few minutes later. We were not address and the red head acknowledgement the customer just walking in. After giving the customer his online order she walked up the counter, looked at me and mumbled. I said “I’m sorry I can’t hear you.” She repeated herself yet still at a mumble. I attempted to tell her what I wanted to order. Gave her the first bread preference and before I could complete my sentence she interrupts by saying “just one.” I said I need to order four. She rudely says, well I need all the breads at once. I see where this is going so my daughter and I turn to leave. She yells out “and you have a great evening”, very sarcastically . Several words were exchanged at this point. As my daughter and I make it to the car the other worker with dark hair comes out of the establishment taking pictures of my daughter’s car, yelling profanities. The younger woman working here is rude, and doesnt have one ounce of customer service in her. She not only made my sandwich incorrectly but then blamed me for her doing it wrong saying I wasn't paying attention. Then she began to make it wrong AGAIN, and said I ordered wheat bread. No.. I didnt, I haven't ordered a wheat sandwich in my life. There were lots of eye rolls, I could barely hear her, and she nearly got a serious lesson in customer service with her attitude. The other woman always gets my sandwich correct and always thanks me for coming in. They seem like a family of associates, and they talk way too much about the problems of the other associates. Read moreStopped in to grab sandwiches on a road trip. I ordered two six in veggie sandwiches with no cheese but they were on different breads. When I went to pay, the cashier rang up the order as two six inches instead of one footlong veggie. I asked if it could be rung up as a footlong since we hardly got any veggies on the sandwiches, only difference was the breads. The male cashier said no because the bread. I've personally managed a subway restaurant for many years, and have never charged someone separately because of the bread selection in this scenario, especially for veggie sandwiches which is basically nothing.
