If I could give today's experience less than 1 star I would. My sons had been asking for Subway for a few days. We went to this one because it was on our route home. And the last time we went here, about a year ago. The service was great, the store was clean. It was an overall great experience. Today was very different. While the store was clean and we were greeted upon walking in. Things quickly took a nasty turn. The mom was making our sandwiches while the daughter was working the register. When the daughter was finished taking care of the customer at the register. She came over and started to help with our sandwiches with the same gloves she had been working on the register with. I kindly asked "Are you going to change your gloves?" Well that's when she went in on me. She said "Andy told me if I do this" (meaning use her two thumbs to work the register) "I don't have to change my gloves" Her mom said I will take care of it. The young lady said "It's always the Black People that come in here asking for stuff like that!" I could not believe what I was hearing. I asked did I hear her correctly. By this time she is going off the rails and her mom repeatedly tells her to to stop and go to the back. Queneisha continues to go on and on and tells me she is only being respectful because her mom is there. I told her I am sorry she feels the way she does. I kept my cool as I was there with my twins who both have Autism. And I will not stoop to her level and behave in such a manner. But Queneisha kept going on. She also came around the counter still mouthing off and showed me her phone with the phone number of the person in charge. As the owner is out due to the death of his mother. I spoke to Ray who was disappointed, and apologized. But not surprised at her behavior. This type of attitude is unacceptable and should not be tolerated in any business. A simple question about changing gloves led to this. We love Subway, but I can tell you with 100% certainty. We will not be going back to this location to deal with...
Read moreI put in a complaint yesterday about my subway sandwich. Today, i arrive at the same subway to get a sandwich and the employee George OR Tom (he lied about his name) says “i see you sent in a complaint about us” he says with an attitude. I say yes i was unsatisfied with the service. He then proceeds to defend himself and says it was because i picked it up 15 minutes later. I said okay there wasnt a lot of lettuce or spinach and it was falling apart everytime i tried to eat it. He said it was my fault i picked it up “late”. He proceeded to say “i only order 3 dollar sandwiches anyways” I asked him his name and he told me george and then i thanked him. As i walked he way he said “yeah now go on” i asked him if he had any member ID and he walked to the back and ignored me, and told me to leave the store. I have spent so much money at that store to be treated that way and i dont even want the sandwich that he made. I dont feel safe eating the sandwich. I want a REFUND for my previous sandwich order AND...
Read moreI am new to this area and Ordered three sandwiches and tried to use coupon subway sent out in a text. Apparently the coupon did not load correctly ( my luck it loaded fine after I got home). The female at the register was doing paperwork and could not have cared any less about me. In fact walked away and had the young female that made my sandwiches ring me up. The heavy set make was making his salad and that was all he was worried about. I only mentioned the coupon when I first entered. I say this because this crew was not rude but were very unfriendly and standoffish. The closest subway is about a mile away and that’s where I will go from now on. I refuse to spend my money where I am not made to feel...
