How do fast food places manage to hire people who can't read? ORDERS ARE ON SCREEN DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOU and you still can't get them right. Please for the love of God can we get robots/automated service already???
I ordered via the app multiple things for my office. I arrive and I'm asked to pull forward, no problem. I specifically remind the low IQ worker that I need honey mustard for my nuggets. Considering it was written on the receipt and i reminded her face to face, I thought "certainly she's smart enough to remember."
Of course, the same folks demanding 15 an hour are the same ones that CAN BARRLY FUNCTION IN THEIR DAILY JOB. Guess what? She brings the bag and there is ZERO sauce or napkins. How sweet!!!!
Furthermore, I'm missing one large fry and one jr fry. Of the 3 fries I paid for, I got 1, initially. I'm just baffled by how you can read an order with 3 fries and only put 1 in the bag. I've managed these places before. I've worked the station expediting orders, and I always count items and double check as I put them in the bag. Furthermore, I ALWAYS make sure there are napkins and the requested condiments. I do this because I care about the customer experience.
I suppose these types of workers will be the death of fast food. Or either the impetus of 100 percent AI ran establishments. Whichever comes first. We will not continue to shop at places that can't get our orders correct. I simply wanted to try the 3 dollar son of baconater. But I would never return. I'd much rather go to chik fila or shake shack where they get the order correct and give you plenty of sauce and napkins. Wendys is pathetic. Do...
Read moreHad a very bad experience, went with my girlfriends family who doesn’t speak much English, her father pulled up to the speaker to roll down the rear window, with nobody behind him so his daughter could speak, but they told him to back up, they were also very impatient with someone else having to order and saying everything in an extremely rude tone, at one point after saying a drink for a meal they rudely said “WHAT SAUCE?”, after dealing with this trouble ordering after pulling to the window a lady gave drinks and told us to go to a certain spot then another lady comes back to say never mind, they seemed very unorganized, and also nobody was once behind us this entire time during the process, then it takes a while to get the food. Once getting the food was done her parents checked to make sure everything was right and since it was taking a minute what seemed like a dude from the kitchen went to the window to rudely ask if everything was alright, then just stood there for a minute while they checked and saw there was no sauce on the bag that was asked for once at the window, and also the speaker, and asked for it to be told by the guy “it’s in the bag” then they said okay and listened so he slammed the window shut and went away, now after driving off it was realized that the sauce was there so another trip was made around the building since nobody was still in line just to finally get the sauce.
Never coming here again and this is very childish of adult workers, I even work fast food and this is not way to be treating customers. Wish I could give 0 stars, and that these were accurate, I see many other complaints...
Read moreJust read the newst reviews!! Dont be fooled by the 5 stars without decription as they were asked to leave a review and never shopped here. I placed a mobile order so they had me pull up, but completely forgot about me. After 15-20 minutes i went inside and my order had been cleared off the screen so it hadn't even been started. It shouldn't take my entire lunch break just to get a 4 minute order. These stores are designed to pump out all ordered in under 5 minutes, with 4 being the target. Which prompted me to call 800 number where I was gifted a credit.
Came back today for 2nd chance and it was Complete chaos inside like it's everybody's first day. They don't know who ordered what or where it's going. Asked me my order twice, after a long 5 to 10 minutes, people honking and leaving behind me, i finally get my food. In the chaos, they forgot my sauce which comes with nuggets. I had to stop the car in drive through and go inside for sauce that i specifically reminded them about when ordering. During all this chaos, i get home and realize that i never got my two drinks. So now im writing this review and accepting the fact that we will never go to wendys again while choking with no drink. I just cant deal with incompetence when i live in nola with plenty of nice family owned places that actually care about service. Just look at these reviews, pathetic! Can't wait for...
