Went to a panda express in Mississippi, and was shocked by how delicious the food was for a fast food chain. Everything was fresh, flavorful, great portion size, and the employees were very welcoming. Two months later I'm visiting the hospital in the area of this location, and wanted a quick bite. Remembering how good the food was the last time I ordered I thought for sure it would be the exact same recipe as before. I was wrong. Restaurant was easy to find, walked in not greeted with a welcome like before, cashier seemed to be annoyed by me being there, the food all looked fresh and delicious. I was wrong. I ordered the noodles with a side of broccoli and beef, and the orange chicken. Got into my car to make my drive back. The noodles were flavorless and tasted dry. The broccoli was cold and parts still frozen. Absolutely no flavor. Bland. I got maybe 4 pieces of broccoli and barely any beef meat. The orange chicken wasn't even chicken mostly just fried crunchy dough. Completely disappointed in this location. I was better off going to McDonald's. Will I...
Read moreToday I visited Panda Express at 3850 Veteran Memorial Blvd., Metairie, LA. I walked into the restaurant, stood there for 3-5 minutes and was never acknowledged. An older Hispanic female walked in, got line and was immediately acknowledged and asked for her order. As I’m standing there in disbelief at what is happening, I look at the staff of the restaurant and 95% of the staff was of Hispanic background. While I never throw out or recognize race, in that moment, I felt racially discriminated against and/or profiled. I spoke with the managers about tmy experience and they “barely” offered an apology, with nothing more. It was very disappointing that the staff at PandaExpress PandaExpress treated any customer this. Even more so, a first time customer. I will never attempt to patronage Panda Express again. I will not spend my money where I am not wanted or tolerated. Hopefully, someone from the company will see this and fix the customer service level and skills of the employees at the particular location. At this point I’m completely turned off and simply...
Read moreI arrived in New Orleans have some MONTHS, and since that, every time I came to this Panda Express, it was out of SOY SAUCE! Yeap, an Asian store without SOY SAUCE for months! But that's fine, until today when I pass by drive-thru and ask A LARGE CHOW MEIN! not 3/4 of a large box! A full box payed! For my surprise when I open was like that, 1.5 inches less from the top! NAH NAH! I returned and complained about that directly with the manager that was very friendly and realized the problem without arguing! Great, than I ask about the soy sauce and he confirmed that have months limited to receive SOY SAUCE! So #PANDAEXPRESS, don't let this store close or without tour support! I love Panda Express and It will be said to see a store closing because of infrastructure. This was my experience. PS: If you buy any product Large/Small ask for that! Is your right!
UPDATE: It's getting better because of that I will increase my rate! Hope yo guys keep...
