7/11 No chocolate frosties the last two times. Could you please get it together.. 2/7 No chocolate frosties. Man y'all suck at this. 2/6 2:15 in the afternoon and a car line up... Even when it's the slow time y'all can't get it right. Pic included 2/5 Out of chocolate frosties and ice. Doesn't that suck. I think I'm just going to start sitting in the drive thru running up your times while I review the store Everytime I come here. -_-
Everyday I pull up with no cars in line and no people in lobby, they "hold for a moment". Why am I constantly waiting for someone when y'all are dead? What are y'all doing in there?
No worries, I just leave. I shouldn't be spending money on fast food and your team does everything they can to discourage that spending.

I went next door to tacobell. When I pulled up, they asked "How was I" took my order immediately and took money money at the window all in under a minute.
Too bad they don't sell Frosties, or I would never have to wait on y'all's line...

Today was no better. We stopped in, no one in line and 6 people sitting at a table looking disgusted. We waited at the register for 12 minutes. We were told twice that they would be right with us. We departed in disgust after observing the people who were seated receive their order which all screwed up. Then a drive thru customer came in with his incomplete order. Read moreThe customer service is about as bad as it can get. I went through the drive through tonight, and they had an attitude like I was an inconvenience to them. I first pull up, mind you im the only person in the drive rhrourh, and waited a good few minutes before anyone even adressed me. The girl at the window had a nasty apathetic tone, and when she handed me my food she nearly tossed it to me, I said "thank you" and she simply didn't reply. I get home to find that they just threw together the burger without half the ingredients on it in a messy hurry, it wasn't even wrapped, just had the wrapper draped over it.
