Arby's — Restaurant in Louisville

Okay so I normally don't eat white people food, but I decided to try this place. You would have thought it was a bunch of Brothers that works here because nobody was doing nothing. I place my order at the counter and it was 15 minutes later come out. Then I went over to fill my drink and they was out of straws and out of Coke. Then I went to get some napkins and they was out of them to. Then I went to give me some ketchup and some three pepper sauce cuz we like our chicken spicy and they was out of both of them too I was like what the hell? The old guy they took my order said they was just out that I couldn't have no ketchup and those three spice pepper stuff and they didn't have none in the back and none in the front and none nowhere in the whole place. So then I asked to speak to a manager and the old guy said meet me in the men's room. I was kind of hesitant but I was like okay? So I went in the men's room and then it's old guy come in and he took his teeth out and he started giving me pleasure I was like Wow but my chicken was getting cold so he put it in his butt to keep it warm but I was like no not my weiner my chicken. He was like oh I'm sorry I'll get you some more so then when he finished pleasuring me he said don't tell the manager and I'll get you some three spicy chicken pepper stuff to put on your chicken....

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration. My fiancé just wanted to pick up some food for us after work and not only did they leave items out of our order, but the food we did get was cold and all tasted like seafood? THANK YOU ALL FOR NOT ANSWERING YOUR PHONE, OH BUT WHEN YOU FINALLY DO, YOU SAY “I’m sorry” while laughing and just hang up??? Are you all SERIOUS right now??? servers name on the bag is Kasey. I sincerely hope none of you or your family members are EVER treated like this by a restaurant. I get the whole world is short staffed right now, but Arby’s DO BETTER with better staff. My fiancé is on his way up there since you all just want to hang up on him. We are not paying for something we never received!! You all are ridiculous and this whole thing has made us never want to eat...

I am so fed up with this place! I am not exaggerating I have been here 8 times over the past two months and have received food one time. They are either out of roast beef they are closing an hour or so early or their systems are down. It is always something always something every time! They need to just close the place down it's ridiculous. I will be reporting them I will be posting everywhere I can about how horrible this place is! Food good yes if you can ever get any I've yet to in over 2 months. I think I'll come around 6 so I can make sure that I get fed and I'll be damned if it's not something else. Blows my mind! I am going to report them to the BBB. I will never come here again ever! They need to open another Arby's owned and operated by someone else! This place needs to be shut...
