Walgreens — Local services in Louisville

Soon has I walked in the store I felt racially profiled the two lady at the photo shop just went in on me they. I was there to do a return with FedEx I didn’t even make it to the counter they both told me that they are not taking my return I ask why they said it wasn’t in a box I ask them what does it look like I’m holding in my hand now I am returning a shoes to finish line that I got my son for Christmas that he didn’t want so off course the shoes is in a box then they told me I have to have it in a different box I ask why they said because that how FedEx want there item I said to them it’s already in a box and they said to me you have to tape the box I was like ok I will do that so I ask do you have any tape she said to me FedEx does not supply us with tape so no you will have to go and buy your own so I went and I purchased my Tape and wrap the box up and hand it to them she was so rude I have never even in my life ever been treated like that before and it is unacceptable Walgreens do better train your people better that’s not how you treat a customer 😡😡 w will never visit again Walgreens if that’s how they treat people...

Pharmacy tech named Chelsea was extremely rude to me. Went to get my covid vaccine that I had an appointment for and a confirmation number just for her to tell me she doesn’t see it in the system. Told her I would give her the confirmation number and she said “yeah that doesn’t matter. You’re not in our system and we’re only doing vaccines on patients that have made appointments today”. There was about 2 other people waiting to get their vaccine and the appointment paper she was holding had roughly 8 names on it for the entire day. I asked her if I could just wait and it after the appointments she said no. Keep in mind the first time I got my first dose I just walked in. Never had an appointment. She was also rude to the other pharmacy techs that asked her for help and said “ you’ll have to ask someone else I have a patient in front of me” extremely rude. If you hate your job, don’t work in health care. I left and walked in to the little clinic across the street and got in and out with my second dose vaccine in under 30 mins. Would not recommend this location and would not recommend Chelsea in any health care...

This is by far the worst Walgreens in the city, it's also one the busiest so I try to take that into consideration. With that being said every time, almost every. stinking. time. I have tried to get a refill for my medication, it doesn't work the first time, I have to call back, and be "that lady" who calls and gets upset, but I've never been disrespectful. Today I had a pharmacy tech tell me they can't send refill request forms, even though this Pharmacy has been doing that for two years! I asked to talk to the pharmacist who informed me that was not true. Then I asked the pharmacist how come my prescriptions wouldn't go through if they're doing their job faxing it, he LIED and told me that they had faxed this medication in days prior to my doctor. My doctor, then informed me, (what I already knew) the first fax request they got was this morning! at this point I'm just switching all my medications as well as my families to another Pharmacy. Save yourself some time and just go somewhere else this is the most trouble I've ever had to deal with getting two prescriptions filled...
