Bearno's Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

Bearnos has really went down the tubes. We were regular purchasers of bearnos food for 19 years. We live within a 1/2 mile and always enjoyed their products. Until about 6 months ago the food has went severely down in quality.They Also have one of the rudest women we've ever spoken to at the Preston highway store. They cannot get our order right? And they are very rude when you call and ask for something special. When delivered the wrong product we have asked for a person to come switch it out and they explained to us that they can't do that so it's our. Problem that they got things wrong. And this has happened several times. Mr. Beam needs to definitely do some secret shopping and check out this lady. She is very rude and mean talking. We are not confused as to why craft pizza is so busy all the time. They are a few miles from us but will be getting our business from this day forward. Your customer service and the quality of your food is definitely has room for improvement. My wife and I just ordered food from there and threw away...

Omg what a rude woman. She acts like she is busy. And snaps at me because I wasn’t standing in correct part of store to get a pick up order. I remember her from last time. I thought it was just a bad day. Nope she is like this every day. I visit 10 restaurants a day and she is by far the meanest I’ve met. She needs to be fired or put in back so she isn’t abusing customers. She is Bordrn line unfit to be in customer public. I will never coke here again if this is condoned by Bearnos. There are 12 other local pizza places far better and will greet you with a smile and courteous attitude and happy you’re here. She prefer no one there so she don’t have to work or maybe she is just mean to everyone even off duty. If she worked for me she would at minimum go thru customer service training but she would just fake it. Can’t train meaness out of ppl. If I could give it zero stars i would. The pizza is great the drivers are great we order from them quite often always order a medium and ask for it to be cut in squares since that’s the only way my 6yr old will eat it which has never been a problem till today the lady who took my order first told me rudely no then said she would put it on the ticket and see if they would. When the pizza arrived it wasn’t cut in squares the driver told me it was never put on the ticket to be put in squares. I called and ask the manager why she told me 3 different stories on why it couldn’t be cut in squares said it had to be a large or extra large then said if it’s not on the ticket they won’t and finally said if it is on the ticket they might cut it the original way out of habit and that it was my problem. And said she wasn’t qoing to send a new pizza over a cut not that I was asking for one I was just curious why it wasn’t and why they were so rude. Over experience with customer service I won’t...
