Burger King — Restaurant in Louisville

I had already made a 4 star review but i wanted to give them another review... the Fern Creek BK has some really GREAT EMPLOYEES! . That is saying a lot now days..most every fast food joint employees are rude & act like they hate their job, but not this one! They are always polite,and helpful, They should be recognized for how good they do!! Ive been going to this location for a few years, we have a business close by, and i use to work at the Walmart by BK and in all those years I've never had a problem with the service or my food. One time recently my order wasnt very good, it was cold. But that is Not the norm, usually the food is fresh n hot. I go there often so that is very good to only have 1 mess up. EDIT - MOST PPL only do reviews to COMPLAIN They SHOULD Do Them When They Get GOOD SERVICE ALSO. I read some of these reviews and wonder how many times have you been here with No Problems??? Why don't you let that be known also??!!! I do have to agree on the drive thru design, when im driving a big truck i have a hek of a time getting thru, but i can do it, so others can to. It's also NOT the Employees fault , they didn't design the drive thru. Call the business office to complain about that...

I come here a lot more now that they have a new team but I noticed when coming to do my review some people have bad things to say about the new manager who is great at her job. She cares for us customers but some of the employees don’t. And when when let’s them know hey they want it this way or that way or no that’s not what they asked for they give her hell and when she tries to correct what is wrong some people get mad and complain but all she is doing is her job providing great service to everyone. No she doesn’t need to be fired or step down. They need to step her up because she is what makes Burger King a great pleasure to come eat and get some laughter and smiling service. She makes sure food is always fresh and hot and is always smiling and friendly even if she is having a rough day she puts you first. So those who is mistaking her caring for being rude she is not. She is making sure great food and service is being provided so no complaints but hey you can’t satisfy everyone but me and my family will forever be grateful for her kind and wonderful service and thank T...

We were on the outskirts (Parking), of Burger King, when we decided to enter to eat, First main entrance, Closed, second entrance, Closed, both doors were closed, We knocked on the door, to please open it, since it was doing very cold, they just looked at us and in a contemptuous and xenophobic way, they mocked and turned their faces, as if nobody existed as a sign of help, we just wanted to eat, we are frequent customers at Burger King, but today we saw and are witnesses of inequality human, a customer was sitting enjoying his food, who, seeing how we asked them to open the door for us, lowered his head so as not to see the act of discrimination, because he was a friend of the Burger King staff, that customer was inside. I make known this act of discrimination against BurgerKing staff, which may very possibly be happening, without public knowledge.
