At this point y'all don't even deserve 1 star. I'm pretty fed up. This type of stuff happens waaayyyyy too often. Especially at this particular location. I just want my money back. I placed an order yesterday 12/15/19 and got the wrong order delivered to my house again. Tried calling the store several times that same night but got no answer. Left a review on on the Domino's website that night on the situation and still have yet to get a response on that even. So i don't really know if this review is gonna do me any good either to be honest. Today 12/16/19 I tried calling again. I just sat on the phone trying to call the store and was put on hold, again, 3 times now. Ended up getting hung up on twice when someone finally answered the phone. The first time I called they asked me about placing my order but i told the employee I'm not placing an order, I'm calling about an order that was already placed and messed up. When i said that i got hung up on. So of course, i called back. This time when i called, an employee answered the phone again but didn't say anything so i proceeded to tell them that i just called about a messed up order and got hung up on, as soon as i said that i got hung up on, again. So, this 3rd time that i called, when the person picked up i asked if i was gonna get hung up on again? They said no and apologized for whoever kept hanging up; then explained that they were a delivery driver who had literally just got to work. After explaining the situation to him, he then took my number down and said that he'd have a manager call me back as soon as they got in. He's probably the only one in there right now that deserves 5 stars in my opinion cause even though he doesn't has much power over the situation, he still tried to fix the problem i have and didn't hang up on me. It's been about an hour since i made my last call though and i still have yet to have my problem resolved in any way, shape or form. I haven't gotten a call from a manager or the correct order sent my way or my money back. That's really all i want is MY MONEY BACK!!! This is extremely frustrating. I'm about to go into the store and talk to someone in person cause this is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! This is by far the worst experience I've had ordering delivery from Domino's and trust me, there's been plenty times something like this has happened. Too many to count almost. I'm kind of astonished about the fact that this location in particular is still even open. With as many times as they've messed up my orders I wouldn't doubt that there's someone (or a few people) sitting at home with the same or similar issue as me RIGHT NOW. So she tells me we dont have that anymore, so I go two blocks down to East China,and Buy 17.00 worth of Chinese food while I was paying for it I looked up Domino's web site because I new they had this promotion going on I mean it was really bothering me. And low and behold there it was.... Read morethe worst pizza place i’ve ever been to in my life. i walked in to the store to place an order and there were 2 people in there. it took them 5 minutes to even come to the counter and take my order, and in those 5 minutes, i witnessed one of the managers (she said her name was Hailee/Haley/Hailey) drop a brownie/cake on the nasty counter, that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in DAYS, and pick it up with her bare hands and put it back in the box. i should have just left then and there, but i ordered anyways. the guy who took my order (long neon green hair, i didnt get his name) said it would be ready in 20 minutes and that they would bring it out to our car. i sat in my car for 45 minutes before i walked back into the store, only to find a crowd of about 6 other angry customers. turns out, 2 moms had been waiting over an hour and a half for their food, while the manager Hailey was out in the back for 30 MINUTES on a phone call leaving the store completely unattended. there was not a single pizza in the oven, being made on the counter, nothing! but the screen was FLOODED with orders. we asked Hailey for the phone number of the general manager and she refused to give it to us, or call him herself. she wouldn’t even tell us the next time he would be in the store so we could come back in person. after me and the 2 moms argued for about 5 minutes (they were arguing for probably at least 10 minutes before i walked in), i decided to just get a refund because it would have taken another hour to get my 2 medium pizzas. i was told that i would get a refund, but have yet to receive it. if the owner or general manager of this location sees this review, please respond because i would love to have a phone call with you about the atrocity that...
