My boyfriend and I ordered a delivery of wings. After waiting for over and hour, we called to inquire where our order was. We were told by the delivery driver that he came and heard us talking about him and he threw our food in the trash and would not be returning. We have no idea what he is talking about because we were in the back room watching a movie on Netflix. We did not receive a call and we certainly didn’t hear him knock on the door. We asked to speak to a manager over the phone and the manager refused to give her name. Because we live right down the street from the store, we got out of bed and went up to the store to inquire about our food. There were two female managers there, along with the delivery driver. They both refused to give their names. I had to pick up my cell phone and call another store, where the manager Waldo at the other store gave me a number to call and complain. Only then the lady who said she was the store manager tell us that her name was Sarah. When I told Waldo over the phone they were refusing to give their names. The manager at the Brownsboro store would not give me any information in order to file a formal complaint. No store Information or names of the employees that were involved in the incident. I had to get out of bed, sick with a sinus infection, to be treated in a horrible manner. They laughed at us and told us we weren’t getting any food. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received in my life and I believe it was racially motivated. The last thing we were told before we left was “do you know how many times people complain and nothing ever happens” WOW They laughed and then told us they didn’t care we were complaining on them and nothing would be done. Do you understand how bold you have to be to tel a customer that? The lady who proclaimed herself to be Sarah also told us that we could get her fired, she really didn’t care. This speaks to the complacent environment at this store that the employees have the gall to mistreat customers because they know that there is no consequences. We did not ask for the food for free, nor did we ask for anything exceptional. We simply wanted the wings that we ordered. We were told repeatedly that they threw them in the trash and no new food would be made. Again, let me emphasize that the very last things we were told before we left your establishment was that they get complained on all the time and nothing happens. I hope this time that something happens and that I receive a formal response to my complaint from someone in corporate or someone in leadership from that store. I have included pictures of the employees and you can see them laughing at us. Shame on dominos for allowing employees to treat customers in such a bias, hostile manner. Read moreI ordered a pizza online at 11:50 p.m. on 06/16/2024. The Domino's store promptly processed my online payment. The online status bar also indicated my order was received and my pizza was being made. At 11:59 the status bar showed the pizza still wasn't ready. I recieved a text stating my order would be ready for pickup between 12:09 a.m. to 12:19 a.m. So, before driving to the store I checked the online status bar one more time (and its a good thing I did!). I checked the online status bar at approximately 12:25 a.m. and discovered they had cancelled my order! They didn't even call me to tell me why they were cancelling my order!! Instead, they just sent me a text at 12:07 a.m. stating my order was canceled with no explanation as to why they canceled it. I fully expected to receive my pizza and was eagerly anticipating eating it. So, it was a very unpleasant surprise to discover they had canceled my order without any explanation! I am a former Customer Service Manager of the Franklin Covey corporation. So, I value good customer service. This was very poor customer service! You should not mistreat a customer who is a frequent repeat customer (like myself). I have contacted the national office to remedy this poor customer service so that it hopefully does not happen to anyone else. If I could have given this store a 1/2 star rating for this instance of poor service, I would have. I'm not sure what happened with this store that caused them to cancel my order without explanation (especially after they had sent me a text indicating my pizza would be ready by 12:19 a.m.). I ordered a pizza online for my daughter's dinner. 1 hour went by so I called to see what was going on they inform me that they only have one driver, so I said no big deal I'll come and pick up the pizza. When I arrive the manager was sitting in the back not doing anything. I asked a guy about my pizza he was making pizzas he said I haven't been made yet. Okay still no big deal now it's been an hour and 40 minutes, so I asked about taking the delivery fee off which is quite a bit of money, informed me that he could not do that I asked to speak to his manager, I tried to start explaining what was going on about the delivery fee that I had come to pick up the pizza and it's not ready now it's been an hour and 50 minutes. She accused me of being hostile, I said no I'm just not going to pay for the delivery fee I don't know what your policy is but I don't care at this point I just want my money back. And then I said why aren't you helping this poor young man who's making these pizza why are you back there in your office just sitting there.??? She told me to mind my own business that it was none of my business but she was doing. I want to let you know I used to order from this Domino's all the time I never had problems a year ago whoever is in charge now needs to be fired whoever management is needs to be fired.
